Estate agent with a personal service
Having had 2 other local agents value my property I instructed Lawrence & Rudge to take my property to market late January this year. I have to say the personal service of this agent has been absolutely fantastic. We finally exchange contracts last month. The communication and professionalism was fantastic I would highly recommend. Special mention to Robert dealing with my mother on a weekly basis. Kind regards

I feel sorry for whoever let these people sell their property. I called them on three different occasions — three times! — to view a property they are selling. Each time, they promised me a call back to schedule a viewing, but it never happened. The property is located on Methuen Road, Bournemouth, and it's a three-bedroom maisonette. Very poor service."
