Absolutely brilliant service from Lawlor taxis of Epping. Had to go to North Middlesex Hospital under a treatment plan for 21 days, (the 30 April 2026 being the last day). They were at my house on time, every day, and at various times of the day (as most appointments were at different times) to take me. North Middlesex has a real problem with parking, and on a lot of occasions the drivers very kindly waited for me there, or locally, for my return journey home. Somtimes I was there for a good 3 hours. From the professional cab office to the professional drivers who were all courteous, and polite, I was never let down. Thank you! If I could give 6 stars I would have. Highly recommended.

Good cab service with knowledgeable drivers and always on time

I want to give a big thank you to Lawlers for picking me and my daughter up in Chelmsford after radio 2 party in the park . The driver was excellent he arrived on time and got us both home safely. Which was great as we had drunk far too much wine !

Absolutely disgusting! Walked in to the office around 00:30 and got quoted £29 to go to Harlow which we agreed to. Cab pulled up outside and we got straight in. When being dropped off the driver then said it was £35. When we questioned him and rang the office the lady said it was a waiting time as we stood outside the taxi talking which we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. Total lies to rack up the price. I will NEVER use this taxi company again. I will always use an Uber from Epping station from now on!

Driver pretended not to know where I lived after I gave him my zip cod and then proceeded to me all the houses down my road he had made drop offs. The fare was originally £22 .50 to fyfield and somehow in their favour of course got grossly inflated to £60. Blatant overcharging

order taxi for 5.45 no never turned up! they claimed it was booked for 6.45! was half hour late for table! then booked to come home, yes was 15 mins late but actually as I was 30 mins late for table surely some reason? I have been a customer for over 20 years so disappointed that my bill home was £37 so felt sorry for the driver! Lawler I WILL INSTRUCT MY SOLICITOR TOMORROW. Rang the office - disgusting customer service. Report going to Epping DC and councilor Holly Willoughby tomorrow to force cancel licence...................

Booked on their app for a wedding pick up, hours in advance. Went out to wait for cab to find out it had been cancelled by them. Called and they denied knowing anything and hung up.

This cab service used to be really reliable but now it’s useless I called them on Saturday at 5pm to book a cab for 11.30pm and was told they had no taxis after 10pm I asked why and was told they didn’t have many drivers and if I didn’t like it speak to the management and put the phone down on me. This isn’t the first time on numerous times getting off the train at epping after 10pm you be lucky to even get a taxi and get home. it’s a shame because they was a great taxi service but unfortunately that has gone

Booked a return via 01277 office we were 4 mins late to b told by driver who was clearly waiting for me went onto say we had cancelled our cab at 23.00! what was he doing there then only to drive off empty at 00.10! Leaving me & my family stranded in a car park in the middle of nowhere was it because he couldnt be bothered with a wheelchair user.
