Law Depot makes residential leases pretty easy and affordable

I canceled my free trial a day after I tried using LawDepot. The wording in the document still had to be edited by an actual lawyer. Not worth the money. In any case, they charged my card after I explained I canceled, they said oh well, we got your money. I told them it would be easier to just do a refund instead of me filing a charge with my bank. The person said I was "threating them" and disconnected the chat. With that said, I would recommend other services before using this one, as they operate on shady business practices. Not saying what they do is illegal, but it is very suspect that their cancel options don't work when you push the cancel button, and when you ask for a refund they hang up on you.

Used this company before and always had good results.

Disgusting. Signed for the 7 days free subscription, they charged on the 7th day after I'd cancelled.

The legal documents are well‑structured and straightforward. We value the integrated editing capabilities that make it easy to revise or update content as needs or requirements evolve.

This site sucks. It says you can have a free try and then if you save your data there is no way to go back without creating an account that costs money and a extensive agreement that makes you uncomfortable proceeding. Not happy wasted time on this.

I guess I won't know how legally binding this document was until after I'm gone but this was easy to put together, hopefully checks all the boxes and is the responsible thing to do for our heirs. The price was right.

I thought this was free. I get to the end and I need to pay for the license.
