Fantastic Experience
I've been a customer of Lavender Sky Health for more than a year. I have never had a less than amazing experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and there to guide you every step of the way. They offer a wide variety of treatment options, and help you decide what's best for you- no "one size fits all" service here. Pricing is already competitive, but they are constantly doing what they can to negotiate even better prices. This is the best wellness company ever.

This company is so amazing! Every staff member is incredibly kind & helpful. The entire company overall is extremely trustworthy.
There are many options to meet people’s different needs and the providers offer much guidance in helping to decide what to use.
They also work diligently in the background to advocate for their customers with different pharmacies in regard to supply & cost. I can really trust that the pricing is as low as it possibly can be - which is truly amazing given the quality of the medications & services received.

Truly personalized service
I can't ask for easier or more cost-effective service and truly personalized treatment. I have been easily losing weight for the first time in my life now that my metabolism is changing. Ordering additional wellness medications is a breeze. Treatments can easily be ordered a la carte, and so far each of the pharmacies that I have used shipped within one business day with overnight shipping. I am really happy to be a customer.

I was referred to you all after paying far too much money at a wellness spa, luckily I had only been there a month. I was talking to one of your employees, Caitlin, at our mom group about weight loss and our journeys and struggles. She had so much great insight into GLP-1s in general and gave me info about lavender sky without bias. She truly just seemed to want to be helpful and informative, while also relating to spending too much money when you’re starting out on these meds, anxious and eager to just have something work when you’ve been struggling with your weight most of your adult life. I am a first time buyer and so far everything is going wonderfully, the process is quick and easy and very simple, I’ve had emailed them just for a little confirmation and they responded in less then 3min. Poor Service Quality and Dismissive Customer Service
I signed up for Lavender Sky Health seeking unlimited care outside of my primary care provider. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and falls far short of their "patient-first" claims.
Despite claiming that patients are adequately informed about not offering prior authorization, I was told they provided prior authorization support, which they don't. This misinformation directly influenced my decision to use their service.
Dr. Johnson's communication was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than providing the expeditious care I PAID for, I was essentially told to go back to my primary care provider - defeating the entire purpose of using their service.
When I raised these concerns, customer service consistently sided with the provider rather than addressing legitimate patient feedback, violating their own "mutual respect" policy.
Despite being misinformed at signup and receiving substandard care that didn't match what was advertised, they refused any refund consideration.
I paid for a professional experience and instead received what felt like a referral back to my regular doctor with dismissive treatment throughout. Their customer service showed no willingness to address legitimate concerns or escalate to someone with authority to review cases where services weren't delivered as promised.
Would I recommend? Absolutely not. Save your money and stick with your primary care provider or find a telemedicine service that actually delivers on their promises and treats patients with respect.
The platform itself is confusing and poorly designed, making the entire experience frustrating from start to finish. They don't seem to care about patient satisfaction, only collecting fees.
Update: After multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, they continue to hide behind policy rather than addressing service quality issues. This speaks volumes about their true priorities.

My sister went through your company to get on a GLP1. She was 130lbs, and 5’7”. It is atrocious that you guys wound prescribe some like that a weight loss medication. She is now on a maintenance shot and she is 125lbs, extremely thin.
Shame on you for not seeing patients IN PERSON.

Due to HIPAA regulations, we cannot discuss or comment on your sister’s individual situation. What we can emphasize is that our providers carefully assess each patient’s medical history, goals, and eligibility before prescribing any medication.
We also want to clarify that patients have the option to complete their consultation in the way that best suits them — whether through a secure electronic consult, a scheduled phone consult, or a live video consult. Each method is designed to provide patients with safe, professional, and thorough care.
Telehealth is now a widely accepted, regulated, and effective way to deliver healthcare across the United States. Our patients receive attentive, secure, and professional support without compromising on quality or safety.
Great Experience- Do the research and the work!
After researching online for several weeks, I chose to go with LSH due to the multitude of recommendations I saw on REDDIT. Yes, REDDIT. Of the top 3 telehealth services I kept seeing pop up, LSH was the most affordable at the time for what I was interested in doing. And yes, cost was a deciding factor. I signed up for an account and paid for a consult. Due to being nervous about injectables, I was leaning towards an oral weight loss plan. I tried that for a few weeks and did not see any results. I reached back out to the provider and we discussed Tirzepatide. I decided to try Tirz with B6. I started on May 8. I did not follow the guideline for upping my dose and rather went the slow route. I incorporated a diet of "clean" eating, watching my calories and increasing my water intake. I am down 54 pounds as of today, 8/21. I have had a great experience. No- you do not know how or if your body will respond to a specific medication or formulation. Fortunately, I have had a good response and I have also put in the work to lose the weight. I also did ask questions and follow the instructions to do my own injections. I will continue to source LSH for my tirz needs. Thanks LSH!!!
