When I first decided to start my GLP-1 journey, I was excited and motivated to make a real change in my life—but I was also nervous, overwhelmed, and stepping into unfamiliar territory. She took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make me feel confident about starting treatment.

Every step since then has exceeded my expectations. Ordering was seamless, invoicing and payment were hassle-free, and my medication arrived quickly and exactly as expected. I've also reached out with a few follow-up questions since receiving my medication, and each time I've received prompt, compassionate, and helpful responses from the team.

I specifically want to mention these details because, while researching providers, I came across Reddit discussions where people expressed concerns about communication, billing, or shipping delays. In my experience, none of those issues materialized. Quite the opposite—I have consistently received excellent service, clear communication, and support whenever I've needed it.

I paid for what I thought was a telecall but that never happened. The wrong meds was sent out and I got charged for them. Was not able to return them or get a refund. The process asking for help went no wear and I simply was told I made the mistake in the drop down options. I thought I could straighten this out with a telecall but Lavender Sky refused that call to help me understand the process.

I had a wonderful experience with Lavender Sky Health from start to finish. I initially called with some general questions about the company and spoke with Kaya M, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which really gave me confidence in moving forward.

After that, I booked my appointment with nurse practitioner Linda D, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me maintain my health goals through GLP-1 treatment. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and she took the time to really listen and provide thoughtful guidance and support.

On top of the excellent customer service and care, my medication shipped very quickly and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Lavender Sky Health provides prompt, professional, and friendly Customer Service. I sent an email about an invoice at 11pm, and received a response within 30 minutes. Most businesses only respond during normal working hours, which is to be expected. But this company clearly cares about their clients. Dr. Booker was fantastic when I spoke with him on the phone about my weight loss journey. I highly recommend this company. Not only do they provide GLP-1 at an affordable cost, they also provide quality service.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found Lavender Sky Health. I heard through the grapevine (social media) about compounded GLPs and was hesitant to try. I looked at a few other companies and thought a subscription fee felt like a scam and I am so tired of everything being a subscription. I thought there wasn’t much harm in at least doing a consult with Lavender Sky so I did and the turn around itself was INSANE. Seriously, they have to have people working ALL the time non stop. I met with the NP Linda and had the most amazing consult and felt completely at ease. She explained everything so well and asked me multiple times if I had any concerns or questions before proceeding which I really appreciate in a provider. The rest of the turnaround time has been just as insanely fast (making payment, receiving meds, getting a response from patient support). I truly wish I would have taken this step sooner.

This has been an excellent company to help me along my weight loss journey. LSH providers and admin are kind and pleasant to communicate with. They are very responsive. They provide great meds from great pharmacies. Also, they have the best prices around. I have shopped around and I say that with confidence! If you are beginning your journey or looking for a new provider, look no further. They also have a friendly FB page for their patients and we share lots of experiences and knowledge. I've been with them from the start of my weight loss in December 2024. I've tried one other company who's prices were almost as low. They were good. But, they were no comparison to Lavender Sky Health so I went right back.

I did a lot of research before deciding to get a GLP one medication through a compounding pharmacy. I heavily researched about eight companies, including their reputation and their credentials, as well as pricing of, of course. Lavender sky has extremely transparent pricing, you don’t have to login or give them any information about yourself to see exactly what they are selling and at what price. I went ahead and began working with them in January 2026 and have re-ordered again recently the nurse practitioner assigned to me has been excellent, responsive, quick turnaround,, very competitive pricing and excellent shipping with the medication, arriving cool and well packaged with ice and insulated containers. I have had a little bit of follow up, needing some documentation for a Medicare claim and they were extremely responsive to getting me the paperwork I needed. Their Facebook group, private only for customers., is extremely friendly and well managed. I have never heard any comments about bad service. I look forward to using them for a long time to come.
