COMPANY IS A RIP OFF
I ordered 2 dresses and upon receiving the dresses they run extremely small. Neither of the dresses fit and requested a refund. I got the run around for 3 weeks. They offered me 15% of the $181.00 it cost me. After continual refusal to accept that amount they are only giving me $68 of the 181.00 I spent. BEWARE of this company. They are a complete rip off and will get you too!!!

Poor quality materials used please don't buy because if you change your mind or there is a fault with the dresses they will give you the run around. Giving partial refund and it's your cost to return, plus they want 15%to clean and all sort worst mistake buying from them.

If I could give no stars I would. The dress was purchased for my daughter’s prom. I wish I could show photos of the dress. It’s doesn’t look anything like the picture. Quality is so poor. They are now refusing my refund. I plan to take legal action against them! Please save your time and money! Totally Suss Return Policy
The dress does not fit anywhere near what it is supposed to, and doesn't even seem to be the same style as what I ordered. I am in the middle of trying to return it for a refund, as is guaranteed on the web site, and they seem to be trying to just put me off with slow answers and information potentally to get to the 14-day mark where they can then say it's "too late" to get my money back. Extremely suss.

Buyer beware. I wanted to return a dress I ordered online which did not fit properly they will not refund you only 15 percent which doesn’t cover the expensive shipping costs. Horrible customer service will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them again and will make sure everyone knows it.

Horrible Return Policy
Do not buy from here if you don’t intend on keeping the dress. Their return policy is the worst and a huge waste of money. They give you 15% of the price of the dress back or just tell you to keep it for another event. Why would I want to keep a wedding dress that doesn’t fit for another event….. they also make you pay to ship it back so it pretty much turns out to be a wash. Super annoyed and now I have to keep or try to resell a wedding dress I’m not going to wear. What a strange thing to not refund someone for a wedding dress and just tell them to keep it??

Ordered a dress in “dusty rose”. It showed up in bubble gum pink. When I emailed them regarding the error they stated “ you ordered pink. Check your order”. I said irregardless, I need to return the dress and they stated. You’re error not ours, will nor accept the dress for return. I am shocked beyond belief. I’m not stick with a bobble gum pink dress that will end up at goodwill. Stay away from this site!!!

This is the worst company to buy a dress from. I bought a prom dress for my daughter, material was treable and poorly made. When return and refund requested wanted me to pay again for shipping and only give me 20% back of what I paid for the dress when in reality I would lose money. They get the dress back and resell it and make more money. They should give their customers a full refund minus the shipping when they are dissatisfied with a purchase. They are a poor business and should be shut down. Doesn't deserve a star but I can't go any lower deserves no star. Very unsatisfied

I was told to log into my account to rectify the issue, there are no order details of my order so I cannot do anything through the website and the complaints page has to have the order details. Do not trust custom measurements
I bought my prom dress from this website and paid for the custom alteration size, and entered in my correct measurements and the dress arrived far two big and hanging off me. Not to my custom measurements at all and as though they just picked a size that was the closest and just sent that one. the dress was 4 inches of my size on the waist and I will now have to pay hundreds in alterations!

The dress was very pretty and well made. However, it did not fit I ordered a size 10 and it was not custom made. They will only refund 20% of the cost of a $145.00 dress which comes to approx $29.00. Their website says 100% refund if returned within 14 days. I contacted about returning the day I received it. Just make sure you like when you order and pray it fits because you will lose a lot of money if you want to return.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service & No Accountability
I ordered a dress from this vendor and had it shipped to my daughter, but they sent it to the wrong address despite the correct information being provided. When I contacted them about the issue, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they also declined to offer a refund.
To make matters worse, they expected me to cover the return shipping costs — which ended up being more expensive than the dress itself. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone looking for reliable service or fair treatment.

I have just bought an order for my wedding
I have just bought an order for my bridesmaids on the 8th of April 2025 and I did not receive a confirmation email. The order cost me £264.00 and I did not get an email to confirm this.
