Lovely soft summer trousers
Lovely soft and slightly shiny material, light beige. Good fit around upper half, legs quite wide, ok for the summer. Nice length.Probably more suitable for tall ladies.
Prompt service, took about 1 week from ordering to delivery in UK. I was kept updated about every step. Thank you.

I ordered two pair of trousers in…
I ordered two pair of trousers in December 2020 and I am still trying to return one of the trousers. Unfortunately I sent the product back to Laurie from the Netherlands and I received it back home twice again because of some miscommunication with their warehouse. Even after sending several emails with track 'n trace codes and multiple calls with customer service, I still can't return the product and I haven't received my money yet as per their return policy nor the shipping costs they had promised to cover. So, in total I have +-185eu outstanding. To conclude, definitely not recommendable.

High unexpected charges
Ordered on the UK site - no mention that there was Customs Duty plus Import VAT payable on top of the cost of the garments. On 2 pairs of trousers (which I have not got yet) this is nearly £60. I certainly wont order any more and will find another brand for the future.

As stated on the front page of the website as well as in the shopping basket all UK orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees due to Brexit. We apologize if that hasn’t been clear enough. Your review has been forwarded to our eCommerce department, so they can take it in consideration and process the case.
If you have not gotten your order yet, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service and they will happily help you with tracking of your order and to see if there are any problems in customs.
Currently we are working on getting approved for a UK VAT number, so that we will be able to ship orders worth les that 135 GBP. This will mean that UK customers can order without paying the fees. Unfortunately, it is a process that takes time, but we are hoping to be approved as soon as possible. 🌸

I recently ordered clothes from Laurie.dk. As I was not familiar with the sizes, everything I ordered was too big. Before returning the clothes, I reordered everything in a smaller size, plus a couple more pieces since I had been able to see the very good quality :-). I could not believe how fast everything went. Within a week, I have ordered and received both separate orders. A week later I had my money back for what I had returned. This is very impressive! Thank you Laurie.dk!
