SCAM

I place an order for a travel suitcase seen on facebook last January 2022. No item ever received nor any reply to any emails.

Total scam do not buy.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. I ordered a table from them in May 2022. Its mid of July 2022 and nothing. Sent them a message three weeks ago and nothing but silence. Avoid at all costs......

Scam

Scam. They cannot be reached after an order is placed and the payment is done. I am extremely sorry i haven't checked the reviews before ordering from them.the website and their location seemed fishy from the start but of course i ordered before checking anything, then i panicked..never again. I have got in touch with my bank filing for a chargeback. The process is ongoing, the bank returned my money, and now they are waiting for an answer from their side, hopefully i get to keep my money. I advise everyone to check with their bank to start a chargeback process maybe if there are many redflags, they will be blocked somehow. If someone knows how or what to do to take their website down, would be great to avoid future scams...

Item never arrived, no response - appalling service

Ordered an item in December despite chasing it without any response from the company, unfortunately the item still has not arrived.

I am going to have to try and claim the money back from my credit card.

All I want is a delivery date however the company refuse to respond
