We took some velvet curtains in for dr cleaning and were told that they would take around five working days to process. Just after five days we received a notification from Laundry Fox that our curtains were ready for collection. When we arrived at the shop we found that our goods had not been cleaned and, as the store is closing down shortly, could not be cleaned. We got a full refund but were very disappointed in the lack of servive. Don't use this cleaner, if it continues to trade.

Received my wedding dress back after having it lying around for 2 years! They have done a great job getting all the marks out off it & it’s come back in a lovely box wrapped in tissue paper! They also gave me some advice before it goes back in the loft! Would definitely recommend! Thank you :)
