I joint Launch My Agency few months back.
Mariam Imtiaz is my project manager for launching agency.
During logo and website designs, I requested some changes multiple times. She correctly understood the need delegated to the right team and we came up with some amazing results.
She is very calm and has great patience with deep understanding of the subject.
She is a great asset for the company!

Working with the LMA team has been a great experience. They are highly professional, very experienced, and always provide support whenever you need it.

LMA has been arguably the best program out there. and we’ve tried a lot of them. It’s not a cheat code. It’s not an instant fix. It is tough running a business but if you look through the whole program you’ll find you have all the tools, mentorship, and the team to make it much easier. It requires hard work but it’s extremely possible. After getting much closer with both CEO’s we were able to land a 24k deal. Use what’s around you wisely and watch as you achieve your goals with Launch My Agency.

Quick update- been working with Launch My Agency for a few months now. I did 60k in 3 Days but then I had a slight dip in sales. I started to get frustrated but then I jumped on a call with Zarar and Christian, and am back at 60K/mo from just their implementations for that product.

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews here. Wasted my money and feel scammed. This is only probably good for those who already have an agency they need to scale.

They have materials you can learn from but a lot of things were missing for newbies. They only give you a certain amount of support calls too which they didn't tell me at the start so in the end I was left with no support and to do the work myself which I wanted to avoid due to being busy. If you ask for support after you gotta pay up for more services. Just avoid....

I had the chance to go through Christian’s internal CSM training material, and it provided clear, practical insights into customer success best practices. The content was well-structured, easy to follow, and showed the depth of knowledge he brings as a business owner.

So far this has been an excellent experience. The team is very responsive - crazy good CRM, from initial sales process to onboarding and after. The training modules are fantastic! I am seeing a lot of concepts of business and marketing that I know are 100% the best practices because I have seen them universally recommended in other books, from prominent business leaders and in businesses that I have used as a customer. However, the biggest difference that LMA brings to the experience, which a book or YouTube video doesn't, is that LMA is giving specific step by step tactics, not just strategy and philosophy. It's like knowing about kids and the science of childhood development vs being a mother and actually knowing how to raise a child. One is knowing about something and the other is knowing how to do something. I have spent a lot of time before meeting LMA learning about marketing agencies but I couldn't find anyone actually teaching how to do it. And LMA doesn't just teach you how to do it, they are actually doing it with you. It's the difference between telling someone how to ride a bike and actually holding the handlebars and the back of the seat and running alongside the bike until the kid can pedal, balance and steer all by themselves.

My only feedback is that I wish I had a PDF on the exact steps and expectations that are coming, like a college syllabus or theater playbill. I feel like I'm not 100% sure what to expect once we get to the "doing" part of the process, such as the fulfillment side and the ad spend expectations. I would just like an overview of the process to be provided upfront. It's in my nature to plan, to analyze, to try to see all the angles and to anticipate everything, but I am trying to put that aside and trust the process.

Totally not worth the money they charge. If Trustpilot had a zero stars rating, I would choose that for this company. They do provide you with an “accountability coach” which is really just a subcontractor who doesn’t even work for them but is just watching out for the company’s best interest by continuously trying to distract you from feeling like you’re being ripped off by giving you a bunch of busy work to pass the time.

They are deceptive, full of empty promises and flat out lies. Then they try to gaslight you as if you are the one who is the problem.

SCAM ARTISTS WHO WILL TRY TO SUCK YOU DRY!!!

They will even corner you into providing a fake positive review here on Trustpilot and pressure you to do it in front of them while they are on a zoom call. Luckily I have it on video and have alerted Trustpilot about these deceptive practices. If you notice, most of the five star reviews are from customers just starting the program. They are being asked to give a positive review while the “coach” stays on the call with them to pressure them into giving a 5 star review. That’s why you will see many of the 5 star reviews mention how nice their coach is but these reviews are fake.

1/4 notch above a flat out scam!!! I am currently talking with a dozen other people who feel burned by these guys. Several are filing lawsuits and complaints with Attorney Generals in their States.

The only credit I give is to having coach Kyle. My private slack channel thread has been used for marketing material without my permission. My testimony is put on their other business Halal guys and I was not in that program. I have not made 10k a month and they aren’t working with me anymore. If anything this set me back quite a lot because the funnel they built was terrible. The idea was good, training was good in sales, but in the CEO program that I spend 18k for a done for you system was awful. I had to redo my website, they gaslight me when I said my leads were bad from ads. I started running my own ads, and got much better leads because the audiences they set were not my niche. Overall concept good but in a done for you system, the set up was horrible. They also twisted my words in an interview. Like I joined in May and wasn’t even launched till August and they made it seem like my start date in the program was August when it wasn’t. Prior to my interview, I said I’ve made 2k a month and technically 5k more for that one singular month because my husband started a business and he paid me to set it up so that we could use my business credit card for his ads. I said I didn’t really count that and the first thing they labeled was mom makes 7k. Once I stepped out of their process and moved onto another course on skills I didn’t have, my business started doing better, but it’s not thanks to them. There’s even a whole group of people in a Facebook group who have been burned by this program trying to still make it. I wish I could get my money back

The program is quite comprehensive. I feel like many small parts are addressed very carefully so there's no surprise. There's a whole sequence to things and it's supposed to run in a smooth operation. I am looking foward to seeing my own success soon iA.

My experience has been good so far. I feel there is support, direction, resources and insight. I am finding answers to questions I knew and most importantly some I didn't know. There are weekly calls with coaches and access to outside help. We have modules and guides to help us with business structure and competency.

Read this if you’re interested in working with LMA and come from a completely different background in life and profession. If you’re already in the process and feel lost, this might also be helpful.

I’m currently in the middle of this process, and if I were to explain it to someone who’s brand new to it, I think this example would be really helpful.

Imagine you’re going to a new country, knowing no one, nothing about the culture, and not speaking the host language at all. You’re tasked with setting up the structure of a marketing agency, finding the necessary funding, understanding the purpose of the agency you’re building, and finding and selling your ideas to the target audience in their language, all while outcompeting established competitors in the country. Sounds daunting, right?

Yes, it’s daunting to think you have to do all this yourself. However, that’s where LMA comes in. They essentially help ease this process for you. The key word here is “ease.” As much as you’ll be guided, there will still be a lot of decisions and tasks you’ll have to complete to launch your agency (LYA). The team you’re assigned will be your partner in setting up your business, not a contractor doing the job for you. Ultimately, the success and prospect of your agency will be on your shoulders.

Having said that, LMA has hired a motivated group of individuals who are experts in their field. They’ll guide you, push you, and motivate you towards making the right decisions. My man, Kyle P., has been doing that for me. I’ve felt lost, overwhelmed, and come to crossroads with decisions I didn’t feel comfortable making. But Kyle has educated me about the process, the language, and the marketing world. I’ve come to learn and see the potential. I’m beginning to see the bigger picture clearer and am excited to continue working and finishing setting up my agency. The more I learn, the more comfortable I am making decisions. And ultimately, I know Kyle has my back if he sees me making a bad business decision.

Remember: This launch is just the beginning of the process and something you and LMA has worked out the be best business idea. Ultimately, it will be your clients who will be making a decision whether to buy your idea or not. So work hard with LMA (and others you might hire) to make the best offer to outcompete your established competitors.
