I cancelled the order and received an email that they would issue a refund in 30 days. I never received the refund even after email attempts at getting the refund. Obviously, the company is a scam.

I placed an order for a musical instrument thirty days ago, and another order a week later. Big mistake! The company first collects payment at the point if sale in both cases. Within 48 hours of each "sale," Latinafy emails me that the instrument is no longer available, and they will send a refund within 30 days. That is the last I heard from the company. Attempts to communicate with Latinafy have been nonresponsive. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Deceptive Advertising and Fraudulent Seller
I paid €48 (300 Reais) to receive a DVD that is not original; it is a burned/mastered copy without the original cover art.
This is deceptive advertising. I expected to receive the original DVD with the original cover.
The seller is a fraudster (or scammer), and I will never buy anything from your platform again. The seller probably only spent about 30 Reais (€5) on this DVD.
Delivery Never Arrived and No Tracking – Starting to Feel Like a Scam
I placed my order on November 14th because the website clearly stated that the items would be delivered by November 18th. That delivery date was the only reason I went ahead with the purchase.
The products never arrived, and I never received any tracking information. When I contacted customer support, I was given a generic response saying that “products typically take between one day and one week to arrive at our warehouses; in some cases, it may take a little longer, as products are purchased and then shipped to your address. We do not currently have these products in stock. For shipments already in transit to your address, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen carrier.”
This answer felt like a copy-and-paste script, and it makes me believe the advertised delivery date was never realistic.
Because of the lack of transparency, no tracking number, and conflicting information, I am honestly starting to worry that this might be a scam or at least a very unreliable service. I simply want clear communication and accurate information about my order.
At this point, I cannot recommend this store.
Customer service is rubbish
I want to return an item and their policy is you have to contact them within 7 business days. So I did that via their contact form. Heard nothing after a couple of days. So tried the live chat which was useless. The first response had nothing to do with the request. So tried again and got directed to email. When I told the agent that I had already done that, she told me they action in order of receipt. How can you abide by their returns policy if they don’t respond in time. Almost 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on a response.
Update: 14/12/2025 still no response from the seller despite multiple follow ups
They change their prices after placing an order
They changed the price of a product after I placed an order citing that they were a consignment store. It shouldn't have happened and If they made a mistake in listing the product with the wrong price, they should have honored It.
I spoke with the customer service several times but they are not willing to offer not even a discount for their mistake.
At the very least they offered me a refund. I do not recommend, very bad customer service and not even willing to negotiate.
