Liars!!! Do not work with them!!!
We have chosen airconditioner that we liked, but Alba started to push us to buy another model that is twice as expensive compared to which we have chosen. She told the first model we liked will not have enough power to cool down the space for which we are buying it. But we knew what we wanted to buy because we know this model and it fits very well. So we really pushed her to send us the invoice for the model we liked. After we checked out the reviews for the La tienda del clima. We found out that many customers were unhappy with the service: That the company installs equipment with low quality that breaks in a month and make bad installation. In case customers complain they ignore and act rude to them. We asked Alba to send us the certificates confirming that the product they install is original Mitsubishi electric. She started to scream, told they have already 300 customers waiting for installation and that we must send the money imidiatelly. This was lie for sure as they have only 3-4 reviews on Trustpilot. After this Alba blocked our conversation. Do not take a chance to be cheated! Unfortunately this situation is very bad for Mitsubishi as we haven't found any "Official distributor" in spain. A lot of small companies sell the equipment and prices differ from 500€ up to 2500€ for the same model in spain. No guarantee! Close to impossible to find original Mitsubishi electric in Spain.
