Never received my package, I waited for months. The customer support does not respond to my emails and the phone number is not working at all.

I did my own research and found the outfits on other websites, the real ones. I'm so stupid, I should have informed myself better.

I'm talking about you. I was very happy about products of the other company, not yours. I scrolled a bit back and checked for older negative reviews here. I was surprised what I had to read. But it totally confirmes my experience with Latexmagic.

What tracking is this? Who is the person you mentioned? The tracking number you posted is invalid and I don't know the person.

I never wrote that I placed an order to Switzerland. It was to Germany, which I always do. Don't tell me to deny this, while you never wrote back an email. And the tracking number thing you just tried is silly. It's not even a valid number.

I'm very satisfied with my latex bodysuit purchase.

Positive reviews here on Trustpilot are fake, keep that in mind. Latexmagicbest is from China and not a real brand. They copy images and products from:

Yes they are the real deal i purchased 3 separate orders from them. Great quality! down side is it will take 1-2 months to be delivered.

So, I received what I have ordered. That is good. However, the whole process felt scam-ish.

They claim a 24/7 customer service. It is true that I can send THEM an email 24/7. However, it took a whole week, 3 emails and the escalation of the PayPal Customer Protection Service to make them react.

I feel like I would not have receive my order, if I have not threaten them with taken my money back via PayPal. But I cannot be sure, of course.

I bought a mask and a body. Both are great. But the whole website has so many dead ends ("contact us" is a 404, all the social media links are dead), and I had not a good experience with the customer service.

I have been waiting for my order for 6 and a half weeks with zero communication after I emailed them 3 times. I don’t know if I’ll ever get my order.

I purchased some items recently. What I received was not as was depicted in the website images and was of poor quality and fit. I tried to return the items but the company does not respond to emails.

Terrible, they do not respond, do not provide a tracking number for the shipment, and give no feedback. A scam website. Stay away. I ordered a bodysuit on July 16th and have never received updates on shipping times or processing. This is certainly not the way to earn buyers' trust. Terrible service. I was about to recommend it to my community, and I am very glad I didn't. I was naive; I usually always check the seller's reliability. And now I read terrible reviews, and the good ones seem fake. I will be more careful next time. In the meantime, I have requested a refund from PayPal.

The customer service is very bad and non existent. Wrote multiple emails and no respond. The tracking number doesnt work. Not impressed at all and I’m afraid I Will never get my order

I ordered the fit and flare skirt back in April and it’s now June and I never got it. The USPS package was waiting in Jamaica, NY for two weeks and then an “attempted” delivery was made. No attempt was actually made. Then I get a notification that my package is being sent back to the sender because a mistake they made. Now latex magic customer service is not responding and I have to dispute with my credit card

Update: To reply to the response, I have reached out several times via email and I have received no response. I am happy to provide screenshots of the package updates and tracking numbers if I got a response.

I'm super impressed with their latex—totally chic and the quality is spot-on. Asked for a rush job and they delivered in time, super prompt. Very good company.

All the items I ordered have outstanding quality. I particularly love the sleeveless bodysuit, and the thigh high stockings fit me perfectly!

I can always tryst Latex Magic to deliver when they saw they will. I appreciate reliability of Latex Magic.

If I could give zero stars I would -my order (number#15783)has been processing for over a month and has been in Jamaica New York for a week no updates no communication have left emails and I have to move soon .I wasn’t expecting it to take this long and now I may not even be able to receive my item .frustrating.i spent a lot of money on this .

They don’t delivered my order of march 13 2024. And they don’t reply to my email!
I don’t know if they are real.

Waiting close to a month for any updates about my order. If I login it just tells me the order is processing. I expected my order to be shipped by now but no confirmation or communication from this company at all. Unfortunate because I was really looking forward to this new latex piece.
