When I had issues with my plane ticket, I didn’t know what to do. I just tried to change the date of the ticket and Fly Fairly made it a way better experience. I was losing hope with the airline, but FF did an amazing job! They have the best customer service members too!

WARNING: Avoid FlyFairly

I booked a flight and completed payment through their crypto checkout system. The transaction was successful, and I immediately provided the transaction hash as proof. Despite this, FlyFairly refused to issue my ticket, claiming the payment was “not reflected” on their side.

Their support team promised the issue would be resolved or refunded within 24 hours. It has now been over a week, and all I keep receiving are copy-paste responses saying the issue is “still unresolved.”

They are holding my money without providing the ticket or a refund. Extremely unprofessional customer service, poor communication, and zero accountability.

If you value your money and travel plans, stay away from this company — especially when using crypto payments.

The experience as a first time client was great. At first I was skeptical and nervous. But since the company is base here in Singapore I trusted and try to book online. The system is so smooth and very easy to use. I checked right away my booking ref to the airlines. and its booked. I will highly recommend it to my friends. And for sure i will book again..

Loved how quick the booking process was. I went with Affirm because they're the most chill in my experience, and I usually pay it all off in a month or less. Love that they have many financing options, though, not just one. Just overall, the website is smooth, easy to understand, and quick. My only qualm is that they don't seem to link directly to the airlines, if you need to review policies, you'll have to Google that on your own. For those of us that fly a lot, this website is soo helpful. I spend minimum of 3k to closer to 15k max on flights on an annual basis for hubby and I, and refuse to keep putting things on our credit cards as we're on a debt payoff journey.

Fly fairly offers a very well-organized and easy-to-use site, and the customer support is very fast, I only waited a few minutes and got the necessary information, and Ayla was the person who provided me with all the necessary details.

Totally love it!! No additional fees for partial payments and very straight forward. No additional unnecessary customers info collected. Legit! It works and am about to book my second ticket😀
