Poor communication - I haven’t ordered from them before, so this may be a one off. However, they were having issues sourcing the vinyl I ordered. They didn’t get in touch to discuss, I had to chase numerous times with a lack of response. When they eventually did reply, there was no clear explanation of what was going on.

After 3 or so weeks, the vinyl finally arrived. It was packaged properly and arrived undamaged so that’s a plus. I just wish they kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on.

The music is trash. Don't buy it.

Loves this album played from my streaming site, I have a vinyl back catalogue of maybe 8 albums.... this is a must for the vinyl collection. Completely different sound on vinyl.... love it.

Won't go into the music as everybody can check out the tracks from multiple sources on the internet... What I do want to say is that the whole package - in my case Agnes Obel's effort - is just stunning: heavyweight vinyl, beautiful cover, and a digital bundle offering everything from multiple file formats to cover JPG's and PDF booklets and to both single tracks AND the continuous mix, wow!

tl;dr - Great music quality and terrible shopping experience

I bought a FLAC version of an album and have absolutely nothing to complain with regarding the music quality. But the checkout process is so very confusing. First of all, it treats digital goods the same way as physical ones, including offering several delivery options for Europe. Then the payment - I selected PayPal, got sent to their website, paid, then back to LNT's store, where there is still an option to select a payment instrument. Wait, didn't I already select PayPal and hadn't I paid already? Should I select PayPal again or not? Apparently, the payment wasn't through at this point (as I get immediate notifications from the bank when using the credit card online). Anyway, I selected PayPal again and continued forward. At some point the checkout process was done and the payment went through and... nothing. No download link and no indication that it will come via email. The email arrived immediately, which was nice, and the download was fast.

All in all, the whole process feels like a workaround for getting digital goods through a shopping system designed for physical goods only.

Rapid delivery and all my items were in excellent condition. I will definitely be expanding my Late Night Tales collection in the future, great seller.

Got a great deal on a bundle and delivery was speedy. Would shop again.

As expected delivered on time

I did order the Flac/mp3 version of the 2016 version of the complete collection, and instead received the Wav version.
While it's the more expensive option, and I have it at a cheaper cost, the files are larger... really filling my ipod.
Also, there is no meta data in the files, for categorizing track #, composing artist, album, etc.... I've lots of work to do.
Overall, the shipping was fast and you make a Fantastic Product.
I thank you for creating these awesome compilations. On content I would give you a 5!

I love LNT's slinky and dusky vibes. Hard to pick a favorite, but I think Bonobo's compilation is great if I had to pick one.

Over the years I've bought a lot of CD's from Late Night Tales and more recently some vinyl and in every case the items were perfect quality, well protected and more importantly very reasonably priced. I can't fault the service and attention to detail by Late Night Tales, if you like music and like to try different genre's then look no further they're all here to be enjoyed.

Not the first time I have ordered from LNT, and will not be the last. Superb service!
