I ask them to print something on a hat, it was supposed to be a gift for a friend. I think it was probably the first time they were doing this type of job, because the print came out so bad. It wasn’t centered, it was wonky , the print was already damaged and the colours didn’t match the sample they gave me earlier. The owner still had the nerve to tell me he didn’t see anything wrong and didn’t offer to refund me the £10 I paid for. Really bad customer service. The guy that handed me the hat, turned his back and went to the back office, didn’t even wait for me to check the work they did, because he knew how bad it was. It was sooooo bad I threw it on the bin as soon as I left the store.
Don’t recommend this place to print garments, especially hats , really disappointed.

Their name is 100% true: We had to print a few essential documents here last minute, and they did a fantastic job and saved our ass.
Decent pricing, super helpful and friendly service and good quality of the prints - they helped us with all of the many jobs we had to get done within a short time for an art exhibition. Thank you so much ! I can definitely recommend it!!

They are so helpful, when you need a quick printing job they are amazing. They have all type of printing service from digital print to litho print. The best deal for me was 25% discount on all my academy project, it is so helpful for us student. Best printing shop in East London.
