Ordered wrong porta filter by mistake. After a quick email exchange they were able to correct my error and send the one I needed, excellent customer service.

I got sent a 30 percent off coupon used it on a espresso machine data s and then they sent me an additional invoice to pay more for it not good business practice .. I got a new credit card just for this and now am getting a refund but not happy

The product took a long time to get to me and when I received it and took it out of the box the screw was stripped, and I could not use it. I threw it out.

I believe many of the positive reviews for this company are fabricated to cover up what seems to be a scam. I placed an order but canceled it after waiting far too long for delivery. Despite my cancellation, they claimed the goods had already been shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, they provided one from a completely different order that only included a single item. This company is highly suspicious—a big SCAM!

Heropresso Espresso Maker Pro -- I was a little apprehensive about ordering from this company based on other reviews of shipping delays, but I didn't run into any issues. My order was shipped 4 days after I placed it, and delivered 7 days after that (China-US). The packaging was a bit of a hot mess and the two plastic bottles that were meant to be included in the kit were not, but I wasn't too bothered by that. Everything important was there and the coffee maker and grinder have both exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The price was great.

The Bottomless Portafilter - Dragon Ridge Design I received looks good as I expected it would. But looks only go so far. The portafilter head supposedly screws together with the Dragon Ridge handle. Trouble is they will not tighten together…just keeps turning which renders the portafilter practically useless… no lockup! Disappointed? Yep!

Exactly the product i wanted. Quick delivery. Works as expected and even included a magnet mount for any surface. Great Idea. Love it.

My coffee scale stopped charging after about 8 months of ownership. I contacted them to see if they would honor the 1 year warranty. There were a few questions asked to troubleshoot, and after that they sent me a new scale without requiring me to send the broken one back. They stand by their products.

With that said, the replacement scale I received was not the same color as the one it replaced so there was a tiny bit of a mix up on their part with the replacement. Both wood scales look wonderful so I don't mind too much.

4 stars reflects the original product not lasting long and the color mix up, but the communication and replacement experience was good.

I guess this was my 10. Order and it was perfect as all the others. Very good product packed 100% safe and arrived in an appropriate time as it takes from China to Europe.

This is got to be one of the biggest SHAM operations I have ever seen! nice polished website but wait until you get their products in hand! Absolutely Awful! After a rather large order, once I received my products and realized the dismal quality, I attempted to reach out to ask for a return label. On their website their Return policy is clear as day, stating free returns within 30 days and NO RESTOCKING fee as long as the order is > $100. Instead and in response to my request by email (as directed) they told me it is too expensive to do cross-border returns and they instead will return only 25% of the order. I let them know that this is NOT OK and I want a full refund. They then stated "Can you please send us the products and then we will issue a refund.." but offered no free return label! And now after I send them a screen shot of their own clearly stated policy which allows for free returns, they have ghosted me! Buyer beware! Do NOT buy from this company!

The coffee products I ordered were of the highest quality.
