From start to finish the whole Lashkaraa team made me feel so at ease, they were incredibly supportive especially when it came to getting my lengha tailored. They were so prompt in their responses and gave the best advice when it came to the custom tailor sizing. We even had a phone call prior to them making my outfit! I’m could not recommend anyone better and will definitely be using their services again! Thank you for all your help in helping me custom my very first lehenga ❤️

Customer service was very helpful and I received frequent updates on my order and shipping status. I received the dress @ 10- 18 days after I placing the order. Impressive since it was coming from India.
Once received, I was happily surprised at the quality of the dress! I was hoping that the dress would be exactly as pictured on the website….but it was even more spectacular!
I ordered it for my son’s girlfriend….it was for his senior prom).

Very disappointing customer service
I recently ordered two lehengas as a first time customer couple days ago. They had a promotion that popped up saying if I enrolled my email. I will get 10% off.
I am put in my email and a 10% coupon code did generate, but I thought it will automatically be applied in my cart so I submitted the order and then realized that I did not get my 10% off. I emailed them that very night to see if they can just credit me 10% off. The customer service representative said that that cannot happen since the order is already submitted and refused to give me 10% off.
When I asked if I can cancel the order and redo it, he said to pass the 24 hours so I will not get my full refund
I am very disappointed at this type of customer service
How easy is it for them just to give a 10% off which is probably $29 credit back to my credit card
They can also even give me a store credit of $29 for future shopping
I will most likely not use this website again just because of lack of customer service
I hope my orders are arrived as described, and the correct sizing. I was just reading all the other reviews and I see that some people do have issues with sizing.!
