Terrible I’m been ordered 14-2-2024 don’t get delivered yet not responding on my email DONT BUY IT😤

Ordered weeks ago, paid money, no lashes, tracking number doesn’t work and no response to email or messenger.
Awful company & no customer service!
Really disappointed.

I ORDERED THE MAGNETIC LASHES BUT WAS GUTTED WHEN I HAD A REACTION TO THEM. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been using the magnetic lashes for over 2 years now. Love them and couldn't go out without them. Always get compliments when I have them on, I use the Premium Mixed set of lashes , the different looks are good for going out and then going out out!! Have already recommended to my sisters.

Amazing product! Can’t wait to buy more! Consider me a regular

I ordered set of beautiful eyelashes and it was amazing. Delivery was on time and their support was excellent.

I ordered lashes from this company at the end of December .. I was a little worried as I hadn’t heard anything from the company and the money had been taken ….

I did writes a review to this effect…

I need to say … I have had a response from the company apologising for the delay .. the reason being it was a busy time of year … I have had a 50% discount for my inconvenience

I have to say I am very happy with my lashes and the professionalism the company have shown

Don’t order they don’t get back to you,
I did not receive mine,
I have had to put in a PayPal resolution.

I ordered something from their website 3 weeks ago and have not gotten a response other than a confirmation email. I’ve written to them multiple times and I still haven’t gotten any answer. I will continue to try and contact them. I WANT MY ORDER SENT or MY MONEY BACK!

Update apparently their email does not work either, therefore there is no way of reaching them. I have lost over 70 dollars from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I am trying to return a set of eye lashes to this company …….
They have to authorise the return by all accounts. I ordered in error and dispute trying to rectify immediately - the lashes were dispatched 3 days later. I have sent 15 emails to them ( their 24/7 support team) and not had a response.
I have no idea what is going on and don’t know what to do from here ……..

Amazing 🤩 eyelashes and even better customer service. I had a small issue and it was dealt with by the customer service straight away. They went above and beyond. Very happy Buyer

I think I have been scammed. Order placed 2 weeks ago and still has not arrived. I received a response to my email from someone called Sinead who said my order had been dispatched.
I received a fake tracking number 3 days ago. Do not buy from these people, robbing dogs.

So so so disappointing. Same experience as many others. Placed my order, money taken from account, no deliveries, no replies, fake tracking number. Am on my way to the bank to report for fraud! Absolutely disgusted with this seeing as I’ve ordered before and didn’t have any issues. Don’t know what’s happened. DO NOT TRUST. I hope this business gets shut down by officials before anyone else gets scammed.

Bought a set of "classic lashes". The lashes look cheap, are so long that they touch my eyebrows, and the eyeliner is like a gungy peel off substance.
It would seem that according to their returns policy I'm not eligible for a refund as they've been used.
Don't buy. If you want to try you can buy an identical kit from Amazon for 70% of the price.

I didn’t get on with these lashes at all. I tried for hours over 3 days to get the hang of them without success. Made my eyes very red. No matter how many times I tried to use them they just wouldn’t stick in the corners. Messy and not fit for purpose. Not magnetic at all. No negative reviews whatsoever on company website which on reflection should have been a red flag as no product is perfect. I appreciate that this product might not work for everyone but I can’t help feeling like I have been duped. Would not recommend.

I recently saw this lash company for the first time and I was blown away by the quality.

My lashes looked absolutely stunning and I received so many compliments from friends.

This company made a mistake but made alot of effort to rectify it. They sent me my refund for one that arrived damaged and another ordered by mistake and gave me a free gift aswell. They reached out personally and apologised for the delay. I appreciate that it was not intentional and am very impressed with the professionalism of Lash Aura. Despite it taking long they explained it was due to a mistake. I was quite disappointed before but I am very happy things have been rectified now in such a good and professional way. Thank you. I will write another reviews once I have tried the new product they sent me. The actual eyelashes were very nice, I got the natural ones, but I found it lasted only half the day, apparently the newer version eyeliners are improved which would be amazing as they are great eyelashes i had compliments when wearing and the liner is really flattering on. Company not to be trusted . Seems to send constant emails on buying products but yet no information on dispatching or shipping items i have ordered . I am still to wait for my products zero communication or updates aswell

I’m still waiting for my lashes to be delivered it’s a absolute joke
I’ve asked more then once for my order or for my money to be refunded making out you’ve sent these not through the right channels is ripping people off especially in these currents times I ask again can you send my order or I will take further steps

I bought my first set of lashes after months contemplating and I am delighted to say that these lashes are really lovely on. I went for the natural lash look but I think I might consider the heavier lashes for a more dramatic look. The natural lashes are still lovely tho. I also had a great customer experience when had an issue (not caused by them) highly recommend :)
