I purchased 4 facial sessions, paying £916 at Laser Clinics Cambridge in Nov 2025. The service has not been delivered. Appointments were repeatedly cancelled over several months due to lack of qualified staff.
This raises concerns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time. Selling a treatment package without the capacity to deliver it is misleading.
I was also promised that my sessions would be restored and paused to allow proper scheduling. This was never actioned despite multiple follow-ups.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing prepaid treatment packages here.

Extremely pathetic treatment they are only after your money. I was literally 5 mins over my appointment which was to last for 10 mins as it was just lip and chin and they refused to treat me and even created a scene. Worst service ever they dont even cover the areas for laser properly. Just money and business oriented place they will not value you as a customer

I’ve had an amazing experience at Laser Clinics. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the clinic is spotless definitely 10/10 for cleanliness. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering skin, laser, or injectables treatments. I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years and the service has consistently been outstanding.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Laser Clinics UK, particularly the Cambridge clinic.

As a paying customer, I do not feel I have been treated professionally or fairly. I have been chasing responses for over 3 weeks and have still not received proper communication or a clear resolution.

I contacted the clinic directly multiple times, as well as Online Support, the Refunds Team and Compliance. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly redirected between departments, received generic copy-and-paste responses, or no response at all from the clinic itself.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability and communication. It should not take weeks for a paying customer to receive a meaningful response, especially when the company’s website states enquiries are usually answered within 48 hours.

Overall, the experience has been stressful, time-consuming and very disappointing from a customer service perspective.

Excellent service and customer care

Great experience here every time - staff are so consistently kind and discreet and make you feel so comfortable. Treatment really works (I am v fair with dark hair though, so an ideal candidate!) and is completely tailored. Now just going to the Ealing branch for top ups but highly recommend.

I’m happy with my experience today. This is my 8th Laser hair removal session, and I have been seen by many different technician, but today I was truly impressed with my technician (forgot to take her name) as she was very thorough and has keen attention to what I needed. She’d go back to stubborn areas and do it again,plus she has a very light and caring hands, I could tell as I deal with patients too. Unlike others who would just do it so quickly. Thank you for the good service.

Been coming here for years, despite them closing all of my local laser clinics down i decided to drive 1 hour away for a session which I instantly regret! First I mistakenly booked a full body package not realising that face wasn’t included. I asked if I could do half of my face instead of the bottom half of my legs due to time we also had left (there wasn’t enough time to add on face) they initially said that was fine, later on towards the end of my appt just before getting my face done, the manager tells me that I need to pay extra for my face DESPITE ME SAYING I WONT DO MY HALF LEGS IF SHE JUST DOES MY FACE. surely my half legs would’ve costed more than HALF OF MY FACE. I’m genuinely shocked how they could treat a customer who has been loyal and coming for YEARS. I’m never booking any treatments here. Please spend your money at Therapie instead.

My laser session was quick yet extremely thorough! I felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole experience and was put at ease with plenty of lovely chit chat (sorry I can’t remember my therapists name!)

Since I’ve had Constantina for my laser sessions, my laser results have been wonderful! Shes very persise with her work and aims to make sure there’s no spaces missing during the laser appointments👏

The staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable from a male perspective. As I had a Hollywood and underarms laser hair removal. The service went well and is very affordable and works out cheaper if you buy a hair removal package instead of individual treatments. I enjoyed the experience and am looking forward to having more sessions.

Very easy to book and manage my appointments. Laser is painless and effective, I have seen results from the first session. The staff is always super professional and friendly.

Attended Newcastle,Northumberland street today for an ageless peel with Lucy R ...what a great treatment my skin was quite dull ...but wow I was certainly glowing when I left ...Lucy R was so lovely and talked me through every step and was so knowledgable regarding the products she was using.
Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

I used laser clinic in Kingston for a while generally they where good with good service, small issue is they do change their stuff often, usually the session I do is about 30min unfortunately my last two visits were less than 10min and they nearly burned my skin without stopping or at least saying sorry, I hope the management will read this message and take action

This clinic has been the most amazing I used to have serious thick hair on my face due to PCOS and I tell you they were so understanding gave me discount based on my health issue and have been so amazing. I got my confidence back because of them they explained my skin type due to being Nigerian did a skin test for me. I’ve been with them since 2022 and 4years later it’s still the best . Can’t remember what my skin looked like before them. Thank you for everything

I had my laser session today ant 10:30 and the lady that looked after me is very kind and patient. Went through all the post laser care information.

Great experience all around and Elena was amazing

Very disappointed , it not happened only once with me, I going there I have a treatment for 60 min but somehow they always finish in 40-45 minutes, explain me how is that possible. Sorry the treatments are not that cheap to close your eyes, and other things some of the staff they even don’t explain steps what are doing during the treatment
