Yunia,the owner, assaulted me (my nose was smashed) in front of her 5-year old son Matthew.
I was Yunia Sanchez's(the owner of the place) long-term tenant since March 2018 till the end of December 2019. Most of this time I did not have a written rental contract. I was also working there(receiving clients, doing laundry) without a contract from February 2019 till the end of June 2019.
During my stay there I also witnessed her two, adopted daughters (Carmen and Esmeralda, who according to my best knowledge were underage then) being forced to work there after their school and during their winter holidays until one of them reported the whole issue to the authorities (which resulted in Yunia loosing custody over them).
Although I have paid for my stay till the end of June of 2020 she told me to leave the place, despite of not having returned the money and safety deposit, and assaulted me (my nose was smashed) in front of her 5-year old son Matthew. I occupied one of the attic rooms and more recently room no. 1(at the level of the kitchen). Till the end of the 2018 the place was just a smoking den, despite of it being advertised as smoke-free.
