Had to use Lark to talk to TikTok Ads support because apparently they don't use any other software.
Lark is completely useless and does not work. You cannot join a meeting on web and even when you download their desktop.
This is a terrible company. There is no way to cancel your membership on the app. Then when you send them an email saying that you would like to cancel the membership, you get no reply. Then they keep sending you invoices, so you keep replying to the emails - they have 3 addresses in them to reply too, saying you cancelled the membership and copy pasting in the original cancellation. They don't reply, and just keep sending invoices. Now they send a breach of contract notice. What a joke. I'm guessing these are all just automated emails that no one checks. Terrible customer service and approach. There may be a cultural difference in how they view customers - transactional.
Their free plan is great, easy to setup, useful apps, and overall a great experience.
Lovely shop in Esher. Go and visit them -worthwhile
All-in-one app. Everything is organized logically and we also manage task with to-do list reminder. I love the feature Calendar of Lark, which I can add other member's availability to my own and be flexible in booking meetings. Would recommend to everyone!
The app is too good, I can't believe all these services for low price like this. Still can't believe their software is real. The best company management tool, very easy email managing. Wow!
I absolutely Love Lark! It has been an incredible tool for our team to stay connected and productive. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for everyone to use. The features are robust and have helped us streamline our communication and collaboration processes. The reliability and performance of the app have been top-notch, ensuring that we can work seamlessly without any disruption. Highly recommended!
This app have been very useful for my online job so far. We schedule meetings, make docs and do a lot of jobs at home just with this app. They are doing a great job.
Great customer service! I used Lark for my business for about 10 months. However, one day my n8n automation stopped working. I reached out to their support team, and they provided excellent assistance in getting my automation up and running again. Many thanks to Shota Sanada and the entire team!
Horrible app, unintuitive and horribly priced. Microsoft Teams is FAR better.
