Replaced the fans on my NITRO 5 AN515-57-700j in just 15 minutes. The parts came brand new and worked perfectly. Really happy with the purchase, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again if I ever need to.
Refreshing upgrade
I just installed this new palmrest on my ASUS ROG Strix G15 and I couldn't be happier with the result, it feels sturdy and the texture is a perfect match for the original. I was a bit nervous about taking my laptop apart, but the screws and connectors lined up perfectly. My old palmrest was showing its age with some scratches and wear. It's a great value for the price and the fit is spot on!

Ordered a cooling fan and battery for my lenovo from laptopfrog. Wasn’t sure if I picked the right part, so I messaged support, they replied quickly and helped me double check. Cooler fan came in about a week, well packed, and works fine. Overall a smooth experience, I’d use them again. Alles gut.

refund only through Dutch authorities ACM
I ordered a set of fans, but one turned out to be faulty. Laptopfrog, although located in The Netherlands, insisted on me returning the fan to their supplier in China! That is in spite of me ordering from them, not from their supplier exactly to avoid that hassle. So, I contacted the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). And according to ACM, long story short, a retailer is legally obliged to accept returns at an address in The Netherlands, no matter where a dropshipper itself sources their supply. See ACM's website on dropshipping (in Dutch). So they gave in!
Now, my IP address is blocked. Petty, but legal. Circumventing the block, however, I still cannot find a single return address. So, take your chances.
Other than that experience, they had been helpfull identifying the right spare part in the first place.

I had previuosly purchased this fan from another seller, but it didn’t work at all (for Asus VivoBook R201E). Thankfully, this one worked perfectly - my laptop is finally up and running again
The packaging was good and even included a small tube of thermal paste which was a nice. The fan itself is quiet, runs smoothly, and feels more efficient than my orignial one. I've noticed significantly lower CPU temperatures after installing it, according to my monitoring software.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable replacement!

their website said that will item deliver in 5-10 days, it have been 12 days and haven't recived anything yet. I paid 5€ for a faster shipping for nothing

Had the inevitable knocking fan noise…
Had the inevitable knocking fan noise in my laptop. Pulled it apart and of course it was the fan that was caked up with dirt and dust. Tried to clean and blow out the dust to no avail. Found the new fan here. Really good price and fast shipping! Perfect fit and a whole lot less than a new laptop!
Hp fan DC28000GAR0
Good replacement fan. Bought to replace the stuck cooler in an old HP laptop. Fan went in fine (found the instructions manual online) although some nearby electrical leads are very close and make this a tight to install.
CPU temperature is now dropped to 40 C (was 65) as shown on speccy. Laptop is now silent. I'm happy with this purchase, although fitting it needed patient care.
Also note - there seem to be 3 places that need unscrewing on DC28000GAR0 fan but only 2 of them actually have screws - the third (middle one) is just there to hook onto a lug inside the case. So don't worry, you haven't lost a bolt.
Great place to buy laptop cables…
Great place to buy wires and cables needed for laptops repair supplies. They have cooling fans for sale too but I haven't bought those from this company before. The prices on this site are acceptable and they do not mark them up by an insane amount like some ebay sellers out there...
This is actually the second order from…
This is actually the second order from laptop frog I placed for this fan. So it starts off, my laptop eventually starts sounding like a jet engine. Not because of the fan speed, but because of how broken the fan was. Initially, I thought only one of the fans was going out because PredatorSense consistently showed one at max speed (6122 rpm). So I placed an order for this fan and some thermal paste, Arctic MX-4. The swap went perfect. The computer noise went down, cooling temps were in the 70s while gaming. I should have been prepared for what happened next. Almost 2 weeks go by, and the jet engine noise is back again. This time, PredatorSense is showing the other fan slow and stuttering, and the new replaced fan at max RPM. I'm so mad I didn't just replace them both while I had it apart. To finish my review, I recommend replacing both fans if you are going to be getting in there to replace one. The whole project each time took me about 25-30 mins, just because I was being really cautious. Lastly, don't be cheap. Do not try and swap the fan without taking off the heatsink, cleaning the old thermal paste, and applying new. Chances are you won't be able to get the fan out without unsetting the heat sink anyways. Hope this helps.

I had a very bad experience with this…
I had a very bad experience with this company and I would not recommend buying from them. I bought a keyboard for my Samsung laptop for €25. I matched my serial number to their advertised product.
When the keyboard arrived, it was the wrong keyboard. It had some different keys and would not fit.
I wrote to laptop frog and they told me That there was several different types of keyboard for my computer and that I should have compared pictures? As far as I was concerned, I matched serial number with their add. When I contacted them they asked me to send pictures. So I did and then they sent me a picture of the keyboard that I should have ordered. It was substantially more money aswell for the same keyboard. They never even offered me a resolution. I notified PayPal about my experience. PayPal told me to ask them to supply free post and packaging return to them which would have been fine with me but When I got back onto them, they told me to return the keyboard to them at my own expense and they would refund the money to me. I explained to them that for me to pay for post and packaging back to them from ireland to china, that it would be more than the €25 I paid for the keyboard originally.
That was the last I heard from them. Now I’m left with a keyboard that is no good to me and I’m short €25 I paid laptop frog.
Also Be aware that This company keeps making excuses on their reply’s like they are dealing with professional technicians . I have e mails to prove they give deadlines to return the product? They expect the customer to pay for return postage to China that costs more than the product they sold.
Laptop frog is not very good with customer relations and I would never deal with them again or recommend them to anybody.
