I ordered a charger according to the number on the back of my current charger. The company contacted me almost immediately asking to clarify the tip I needed. Unfortunately, I had no way to track my order but when I emailed them on a Sunday about an expected delivery date they responded very quickly that the charger had already been delivered to my mailbox. Great customer service. I will use them again.

I ordered a replacement plug in power supply for my samsung laptop. It was delivered on schedule (about two weeks) and works fine.

They advertise availability of most laptop batteries at discount prices, and say they can upgrade to genuine O.E.M. batteries for an extra fee. They also claim quick shipping to all U.S. states.
What they delivered, in my case, was two months of runaround, multiple requests for more money, not one promise kept, no product ever shipped.
When they finally decided to quit trying, they promptly refunded all my payments through PayPal, so I'm not out any money, just two months of exasperation.
I would not recommend sending any payment to these people except through PayPal or by credit card so that you have recourse if they don't perform.

Hello, guys, last week, I have ordered the Sony VGP-BPS26 Laptop charger Battery. On the web the picture is very appropriate with my laptop model and looks perfect but the one I received through the mail is totally different than I had with a laptop Computer. I called the company to speak about this issue with the Battery they send me. Someone told me that ”no problem as we can quickly replace it with the appropriate one as we have a very good return policy” Also, I asked them to get a return label but I haven't got yet? Moreover, the original amount on the web is $64.9 but when I checked my bank the invoice shows that the company charged me more than extra seven dollars. When I asked this merchandise company which is Laptop Charger Factory over the phone no explanation and it is controversial each representative! I will try to communicate again and again until I get my many backs.

Well I checked the reviews on the company, all ok, but unusually for me, I failed to check trustpilot. I have just spoken to a chap called Kollin who was very helpful. I had just received a charger I ordered a few days ago, well packed and it works fine. I guess I am either lucky, or the company has upped its game. I will keep you informed on how things progress. Informed laptopchargerfactory, of the reviews I had seen on here, and I understand that management have resolved all issues. If this is the case then keeping other people informed,via trustpilot, that their problems had been resolved, would be helpful for potential customers to see.

I ordered a power adapter for my HP Spectre. They "guaranteed" delivery the following Friday. By Friday it had not even shipped. Told me nonsense like they would be in constant contact with the U.S. postal service to expedite it. We all know that once you send you cannot "be in constant contact" with USPS to get them to hurry up. They just spout what they think I want to hear. Then when I got the power cord in a separate package, it is clear that I am not getting the same unit manufactured by HP, but some knock off though their website says it is manufactured by HP. Cancelled order and now not to be charged for the whole thing I have to take the time to go to the post office mail this power cord back. HUGE waste of TIME! Go elsewhere!

They sent me a charger that only worked for a month when I complained they told me that there was only a 15-day warranty so I had to pay practically again for half of the value of the charger, I don't understand how this kind of company continues to cheat people, they don't even respect the fact that the warranty is for at least a year.

Sent me the wrong charger. Their page for my model appears legit, but there is no info on Watts or plug sizes. Too small to fit and not enough watts for my computer. Totally unhelpful customer service with no resolution besides a standard return and reshipment. That will take an additional week, and I really needed this charger. Never dealing with them again.

I ordered a charger,from this seller and was sent a different one on contacting them they tried to tell me it was correct, but it was some sort of substitute that had a different ref No and no way would it be of any use (big wide adapter fitting that would not fit).
After loads of emails to them and loads of excuses from them they would not pay or admit that they would pay for cost of returning item. After NEGATIVE REPLIES from this seller I had to get paypal involved and had to use paypal return item system for returns cost or I would have to have paid £8:60 out of my pocket. IF YOU DONT WANT RETURN NEGATIVES I WOULD SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PURCHASE.!!!
