Excellent service
Excellent service, the product HP EliteBook 820 G2 Ultrabook, is conform to the description and works perfectly. Very fast delivery, well package. Also the support and customer service is fast and responsive.

A very bad seller with bad service
Don't buy from this seller. I ordered a laptop in november (Order Nr. 002.765), but they couldn't deliver it. I waited nearly 2 weeks and asked whats going on, then they said they don't have it. So they don't even tell you if they can't deliver it, you have to ask for it! Then they didn't send me back my money, I ordered on 19th november and now 26th december I still don't have back my money! I now will hire a lawyer to do this for me.
