Profesional seller

Please to reccomand this company for the profesionalism and very good communication. They ask me twice regarding the selection of the goods in order to be sure that it will fit perfectly to the device.

Terrible

Shenzhen Aolisite Electronic Co., Ltd / scam company with different websites names in different countries to avoid being identified

real company name Shenzhen Aolisite Electronic Co., Ltd . check on google their reviews. i have bought a battery from them at their website in germany under the name of lenovoakkushop. their batteries are trash. literally trash. it is an scam, my old orginal lenovo 5 years old battery lasts about the same as their "brand new" battery. and as i have contact their customer support, they first try to convince you that "everything is normal" and ignore your request for a refund. when they noticed that you are not gonna change your mind, they just stop answering. i had to open a case in paypal in order to get my money back. and again the same sneaky tactic. it feels like talking to a bot. they started again trying to convince me that "the battery is okey". luckily i pay with paypal so i hope i get the refund. but i have noticed that the same company, this Shenzhen Aolisite Electronic Co., Ltd have different websites in different countries with apparently fake own made reviews on their website and using this sneaky tactics to sell their cheap terrible products and scam us. be aware.

laptopbattery.com.my is a proxy company of chinese company aolstecell.com (they have a lot sites with differents URL: uaebattery.ae, irelandbattery.com, etc.). So also check reviews for aolstecell.com

The battery for a ASUS K571GT only last about 1hr. Check the TPD with Intel Extreme Tunning Utility: on average my laptop only used 12 Watts. So, for a 42Whr battey they should last at least 3 hs (like the original one)

Scam

They asked me to ship back the battery, saying that they will refund the cost and the shipping fee. They then ghosted me after I provided a tracking link. The batteries they delivered were also already used, and had less than half the capacity in some cases.

Battery received and functioning so far

Was skeptical when the given tracking ID didn't work.

Then unexpectedly, I received the battery nine days after purchase date (which falls within the 6-9 business days as they promised). Packaging is secure and it came with the handy magnetic screwdrivers as promised. I performed various tests including full charge to 100% and discharged to 25% and all passed.

I presume that just like many other retailers with a huge catalog, storage space can get expensive. Hence they wait for similar orders before restocking in bulk from wholesaler and shipping them away at once. How soon you get your shipment depends on timing and rarity of your laptop model. It is the same experience when you buy low-demand stuff from China like crafts and cosplay dresses.

My advice is to get these things from your familiar local e-commerce site if possible, but laptopbattery.com.my is not a bad option.

BAD EXPERIENCE I DO NOT REPEAT

The battery arrived AFTER 34 DAYS …… SCANDALOUS ..... it was also badly packed; it works ONLY IF IT IS CLOSED to the Notebook with adhesive tape because it is a few centimeters narrower than the original one. After the first recharge and discharge it degraded miserably until it lasted MAX 2 h. I advise against everyone not to repeat my bad experience

Definitely scam company

Definitely scam company. I have order a battery for my HP pavillion laptop. Laptop still able to detect the battery on the first day but not working properly, after that it just went missing. Contacted the company but got the same reply as the above reviewer from Crystal. It says warranty for 1 year but i never got warranted even requested for it.

Very frustrated by the service provided.

laptopbattery was a scam company. Just like one of the reviewer Ben, I faced similar situation.

Purchased an ASUS 6 cell laptop battery. Took them more than 3 weeks to deliver due to MCO. This is acceptable.

When battery arrived, it is working as intended on first day. But nightmare started on second day. When it is used till 40% it will further immediately further discharge itself up to 7%.

I have communicated with 2 different person from them thru their email, one Michelle Zhang, another person named Crystal all with more than 3 to 4 days only will respond to my email. Each email response will be scripted with the same answer as below :

This battery was tested to be functional by technicians before shipping out.

The error can be due to various reasons.

The first thing you should do is check to make sure it is seated properly in the charger. If so, remove it and inspect the contact points for dirt and debris. If it looks like it needs cleaning, brush it lightly with a soft cloth and set the battery back on the charger.

Then check if you correctly and tightly installed battery interface.

Then follow these instructions to try it one more time:

1.Power off the system.

2.Disconnect any external peripherals (flash drives, printers, external hard drives) from the computer.

3.Disconnect the AC Adapter and remove the battery from it.

4.Press and hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds to release the residual charge from the laptop.

5.Reconnect the battery and the AC Adapter.

6.New battery pack is normally shipped in its partially charged condition.

Please cycle your battery pack by fully charge (more than 12 hours) and discharge it to 5%-10% for 3~5 times to reach its maximum rated capacity before use.

Turn off the computer when charging, and don't break off the electricity source or unplug adapter when charging.

battery was delivered little bit…

battery was delivered little bit damaged (not good packed and small holder broken on one side). From beginning answers on my questions not quick, but after good. Tracking was starting working after one week but was delivered in time 14 days to Malaysia. First charging ok until designed capacity. First discharging not like original but acceptable. My X1 carbon gen 5 working almost more then 5 hours not full bright balanced power mode

I’ve purchased a 11.4V 56Wh battery to replace my old genuine XPS 15 9560 one.

First installation is smooth, showing great battery life and stuff. However, this is when the nightmare begins.

1. The battery would automatically discharge itself when it reaches approximately 40% to 7% or 1%. This is normally seen when batteries are defective. 10/10 tries ended up in sudden discharge.

2. I’ve consulted the customer service email. Only resulting in a late reply. Additionally, their working hours are 9-5pm daily. Coincidently, this customer service person (Bonnie) would reply at 4.50pm or 4.53pm. How convenient. Their package came in without any instruction manuals, leaving you to die in the streets with their faulty product.

3. I’ve requested for a Return Merchandise Authorisation number to request for a refund. Out of the 3 or 4 times that I have sent for a request, I have not received any feedback nor number given in order for me to return that battery.

4. If my speculation is correct, they are waiting out for the 30 days money guarantee to expire to further sink their jaws deeper into these wounds of mine by playing by their own rules.

5. I will be filing a complaint to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.

6. Here’s the advice, please do not rely on the reviews on the website itself because it can be modified/created by the owner of the website.
