Contact with Ellen

Ellen spoke perfect English, was very clear and patient explaining all technical and financial matters very clearly. She also replied promptly responded to emails.
Telephone contact was sometimes delayed since the call went through a general service line. My main concern is losing one of the aids which I later understood involves reporting to the police. I dislike the own risk amount of the insurance being related to a brutto amount (about Euro 5000) and not the amount I will pay.
