I love Colissimo, the postmen and postwomen are very correct and polite, they call before they arrive and they have helped me to bring the big packs on the second floor, highly recommended!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding three parcels which have not been delivered to me.

The parcels were sent from France via La Poste, using the Colissimo service, with the sender being the company Cheerz. Using the international tracking numbers, I was able to confirm that the items were being processed at the distribution centre in Portugal. However, despite more than a month having passed, nothing has been delivered.

The first two orders were dispatched on 12 August, which means that over a month has now elapsed without delivery.

For your reference, the tracking numbers are as follows:

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that you inform me of the expected delivery date of my parcels.

Sent me an email saying my Amazon parcel would arrive on 8th Sept. Then sent me an email after their normal delivery time to say that the parcel could not be delivered due to unforeseen problems.
It is now 1540 9th Sept still no parcel and no email to say when it will be here.

Perfect service delivery fast and into my post box.

This is the best 👌 company to deal with, i received my package before the expected day. And it was need well organized.

Colisimo / la poste have improved greatly over the last year or 2. Now they can pretty much be relied on.

My package was stolen by the delivery man i didn’t receive my package it was not delivered it was stolen

My parcel was delivered on schedule. The driver made sure I knew he'd arrived. The parcel was signed for. Living in rural France we rely on a good delivery service.

It's been 2 weeks since I sent off a small parcel by Priority from France to Poland and it still hasn't arrived .. Poland - not the South Pole.

The online tracker is inaccurate & the chat bot thing doesn't work.

I was originally told that it would take less than a week... so after 10 days I went back in to ask where it was I was told to come back after 3 weeks.. ffs.

Yet another example of modern day crap... what was once a simple & quick thing to do is now a pain in the arse.

Parcel delivered on time and as per forecast date.
Can not fault La Poste or Colissimo for delivery of post or parcels

The item I bought late on the 29th of June was scheduled for delivery on either the 30th of June or the 1st of July, all of which seemed unlikely given that I live in a small village quite a distance from any major city.

I was very surprised and even more pleased when the package was delivered intact early on the 30th of June.

Certainly that exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Colissimo has aways been good and would recommend them to anyone.

Shipment from France to Italy, it's one week that the package is in transit in France and it havn't yet entered italy. The tracking is useless and there is no way to know where the package is
