Too much bullshit

Too much bullshit, topup for game that must use razergold didn't process immediately, made the link expired then say invalid link, after all of that. Contacted the cs, they ask for new link, I send the new link for payment, yet didn't do it immediately. Better don't put the topup for the game if the company that provide topup can't process immediately. After all of that to get refund must wait 5 days, i paid u in 5 minute, waiting for your payment on razergold 1 hour. And yeah the customer service responds are bots, didn't show any human response at all.

Not trustworthy topup website for gaming.

Topup here and after scan the qr my money already transfer .. and still failed.. after talk to customer service for 5 hour wait they said the transaction not in their account.. i also give them all the evidences and they cannot track the transaction.. so my money just burn..i hope this website have improvement in their duitnow part..im so unsatisfied

Slow and almost feel like a scam

The customer service abandoned talking to me in the middle of processing my transaction.

Did not send back the refund

I recharged tokens for HOK but it failed. They say they will send the refund but i did not received it. I lost a copy of my purchase as well but i have a screenshot of my receipt that I paid for my purchase.

Scam Site, do not buy from them

I used their service 3 times, and I always enter the same credentials to buy my in-game items, but this time it did not go through and instantly offered to issue a refund, but the order could've been fulfilled by just contacting me, this is a scam site. I probably won't get my refund either.
