My 3rd stay at Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote was so incredibly good. So much so i have booked to go back Jan 26.
All the staff at Los Zocos are so friendly, hard working and assets to the company
The restaurant staff all incredibly hard working, friendly and accommodating albeit faced with some bad behaviour from the odd guest now and then and the managers in restaurant are all100%
Reception just amazing and Kilian who was able to move me to a more suitable room a real asset and Miguel the friendliest most helpful person another asset.

Just back from Puerto del Carmen today. Myself and my wife booked a villa through a company called LANZAROTE ONE. From beginning to end this company were so easy to deal with. Great communication and the villa was exactly as it was in the pictures and description. The villa was called Alessandra. The villa came with the nesscessary amenities needed for the time we stayed. Located directly behind the strip with only a 2 minute walk. Great pool area in a quite area with a local shop 50 metres away. Would I come back to this Villa. Would I use this company again. ABSOLUTELY. If you are thinking of booking a villa in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. Then I couldn't recommend Villa Alessandra and LanzaroteOne highly enough.

we recently stayed at the Palacio villa and it was a fantastic experience. This villa had it all for a large family or group, there is so much space you are able to find time for yourself or all together as a group. The rooms are all unique and comfortable. As well as the villa being amazing the service from everyone at Lanzarote Retreats matched it, they arranged everything for us and were there to help at every turn a first class service and i would highly recommend them to all.

We stayed in the Driftwood apartment, which is on the first floor in a beautiful and peaceful village right on the sea. Everything was perfect about our stay, starting with the pick up from the airport with a welcome glass of cava. Lanzarote retreats know how to provide a real holiday experience without the feel that is all about the money. The customer service and attention to detail is excellent, from the initial booking and the immediate and friendly response to online questions about day trips and general advice. The apartment is really comfortable and a lot of thought has gone into making it a wonderful place to really relax. The day bed on the roof is more comfortable than my bed at home and sent many nights lying watching the stars and listening to the sea with a night cap! It is blissfully quiet and you can get into the sea immediately in front of the apartment. The island is really small and the easy to drive hire car included is perfect to explore in the excellent roads..its only an hour away to the tip of the south end if the island to the amazingly beautiful Papagayo beaches. Very impressed and will be back.

Lanzarote retreats is a very uncommon little village, with such many great eco ideas.Compared to Italian campings ( I think it's the most similar structure we can compare) it's extremely quiet and there is no animation at all (which of course can be a strenght point or not, it depends on what you are looking for). I was a little confused on the day of our arrival because reception was closed but nobody told me that..even if we had several e-mails from the staff in previous days. Anyway we enjoyed very much our staying.

We stayed for 6 days at Casa Hibiscus last week. The house is equipped with all comforts, suitable for a family (clean, spacious, with the necessary equipment and kit for the beginning of the stay). The location is ideal for those who want tranquility, proximity to the sea and a typical village. Moreover the locatio is close to Manrique's sites.

We had a great time with our boys (age 5, 2 and 5 months). The staf is very helpfull and thougtfull. We had everything we could wish for as a family. We spend our days with a trip in the morning, lunch at the beach, afternoon at the swimmingpool. We loved the pool and daybed, chickens and donkeys, playground, all the Toys, the paella table, and the curry grom Karen and Paul is delicious!! We’ve never had such a luxurious holiday, we might come back ;-).

Wow what an amazing find! Lanzarote Retreats has been just the most wonderful holiday for our family.
From our airport collection to the organising our massages by the lovely Claudia the LR team have been on hand to make our stay just perfect.
We have loved having the privacy of our Eco Cabin combined with the community evenings and kids playing around the pool.
I'm sure we'll be back with friends and family soon!

We had a wonderful time staying in the eco cabin. Our boys loved being able to feed the chickens and donkeys and the pool and trampoline were a definite hit! Perfect location, lovely staff and great accommodation. Would recommend and hopefully will be back!

Villa Luna Mar. Lovely villa, as seen in images. Spacious and clean. Used the airport pick up service which was ideal. Was picked up by a very friendly young man ( Josh ). Very helpful and informative. The service from begining to end from Lanzarote Retreats was really good.

Stayed at the Palacio Yurt. Pool area was very nice with excellent day bed, beanbags and loungers. Kitchen had everything we needed and yurt itself was spacious. Everything was clean and nicely kept.

We had an awesome holiday at Finca Arrieta in our Eco Yurt Suite. The accommodation was perfect, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were excellent. We felt thoroughly relaxed and will be booking there again soon.

The location of the apartment is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the beach and it has a good size sea facing balcony.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped and it was immediately apparent that this is family owned and managed given the standard of finish, attention to cleanliness and the nice ‘feel’ about the place.
The team on the ground were attentive without encroaching and I would have no hesitation in recommending this highly.
The next time we return here Lanzarore Retreats will be our first port of call. Thanks to the whole team.

I've just returned with my family from Eco Arrieta, part of Lanzarote retreats. It was our fifth trip to the yurts, which is testament to how much we all love it. My boys are now in their teens and were toddlers when we first holiday-ed here. Beautiful, serene eco environment. Comfortable yurts, with outdoor kitchen and lounging areas and a private deck and garden in each. You can while away the hours in a hammock, or use the pretty communal pool, play outdoor chess, feed the donkey. An honesty shop and chickens who lay your breakfast eggs every day! There is something for everybody and for all ages. With the surf beach and a great restaurant a 5 minute walk away, the retreat really hits the sweet spot! There's also phenomenal landscape to explore and all the Cesar Manrique art and architecture around the island. And wonderful, long sunny days. Already talking to the family about when we should go back!

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Lanzarote Retreats. Our children loved feeding the animals, playing in the park and splashing around in the pool! My wife and I enjoyed walking to the nearby beach, eating fresh seafood and having a relaxing massage. I’m sure we will be returning soon!

We had a good experience with Lanzarote retreats - their website is clear and once booked you have access to your booking details and info online. Queries were answered promptly and suggestions made to add to the trip. We also got reminders at just the right frequency as the holiday approached.

The villa we booked was also lovely and accurately represented by the website.

Lanzarote Retreats facilitated an excellent holiday for me and my husband. Everything was in place in our accommodation as expected and we had good contact details should we have required it (we didn't!).
The standard of our accommodation was very good and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
