I recently bought my property with lang Town & Country, they were so friendly, professional and understanding and helped me through everything. The team at Plymstock were amazing nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended, from start to finish. Great support, special mention for Holly. It's so nice to experience a friendly but professional service, it can be hard to find these days in any area of business.

James, Gemma & the team have been absolutely fantastic throughout. I genuinely cannot thank them enough. The sale of my property was initially listed with different company and had fallen through after a very lengthy & frustrating process. After signing up with Lang Town & Country, thinking that there was never any hope of getting a buyer quickly, my property was listed in a matter of days & even sold on the first viewing!!!!

The team are knowledgeable, helpful & always return any calls or emails which is very much appreciated.

We would recommend the team at Lang Town and Country Plymstock. We hadn't moved house for 31 years, so were very rusty on the whole process, however the team at Lang on the Broadway, Paul, Josh and Holly, and the rest of the team in the office made it simple and explained everything, keeping us updated with regular updates about what was happening with the market and taking care of all the viewings. We recently purchased our home through Lang Town and Country and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the team were professional, supportive, and incredibly responsive.

We primarily dealt with Josh and Paul, who were both absolutely fantastic. Paul was helpful and approachable, making us feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. But it was Josh who really went above and beyond. He remained calm, proactive and determined even when things became complicated – and there were quite a few challenging circumstances along the way!

Josh managed to keep everyone on track, ensuring that communication remained clear and progress steady. Without his persistence and commitment, we genuinely don’t believe the sale would have gone through as smoothly as it did.

Helpful, knowledgeable and proactive staff who certainly seemed to have our best interests at heart. I had expected a difficult sales process, and am delighted to say it was as smooth as it could possibly have been.

I honestly cannot thank James and his team for the unbelievable service they gave me in selling my house. The chain was quite difficult, but probably not as difficult as handling me, which James went above and beyond with. Not once was I pressured or hard sold. When the chain was about to break James stepped in and did everything he could in order to progress the sale! He advised me when I had no one to help and gave me the best advice. Hand on heart when I say this I will never use anyone else in Plymouth again, the team at Langtown are highly professional and experts in their Field. 10/10

The company were great start to finish, our case was slightly different as we were leaving the country before the sale of our house. Everyone in the office kept us up to date with viewings, photos etc. They also re did photos once tenants had left at our request and gave us tips and tricks for a sale. Once a buyer was found the whole process was fast and easy with no badgering on my part.
