Placing this order was a little more complicated than I expected. I was trying to redeem points and for some reason I had to make several attempts to actually get them to go through.
I usually have no issues placing orders and cashing in points. Maybe just a glitch?

I did not enjoy this product. It did not work well on my hair. The clamp is not tight enough so it was hard to get a curl and my hair did not hold it at all

Lange hair tools are exceptional, shipping fees are the reason for a 4star instead of a 5. The shipping fees are ridiculous to Canada.

I do love my new Axia hair dryer, magnetic diffuser not so much
I do love my new Axia hair dryer. Not so happy with the magnetic diffuser. It does not stay on very well. Spend a lot of tome putting it back on….. needs to be better.
