Another clothing company with cheap clothes that charges an extra fee to be able to return but will not REFUND! They only offer and exchange for cost of item no shipping included. Based on what I got in the first place (cheap terrible fabric) I don’t want to exchange. Plus I paid extra so I could get a refund. Dishonest, shady.

Terrible company! Do not trust! They shipped my item, after I had to ask oh why hasn’t it shipped yet! So they send me tracking and it never updated. I reach out and am told to wait longer! Then I reach out again, and they tell me well this item is available again on pre-order (I’d have to wait another month to get it), but let’s wait until Monday to see if you get your package! I wait until Monday and I contact them to say hey I didn’t get my package, and she tells me well now the item is out of stock!! Such a joke! You don’t see this level of incompetency from legitimate companies. For the prices from this site, I would expect much better service!! Highly do not recommend purchasing from them!

Clothes are terrible quality for the price. I was sent wrong items and have not been able to contact customer service (it’s near impossible) and I was also sent the wrong item!! 😬🙄

Low quality, high priced clothing with no returns! Only store credit . Buyers beware

So I barely discovered Trust Pilot. I truly believe in helping one another finding shopping websites that are not a scam. I saw reviews on here for Lane 201 and they were not very encouraging. I went ahead and gambled my money. I just bought 3 tops I really loved! I kid you not, Lane 201 DELIVERED! The tops came out exactly as I hoped they would be! Stunning and cute! I am not a tiny woman. I am 5’7 and I were medium size tops and bottoms. I can say confidently say I will buy again from this website.

Why did I not look at reviews before ordering, the pics of the clothes on their site are definitely filtered BECAUSE what I received was NOTHING like what was shown online, I’m sure this stuff is just rejected Temu and SHEIN clothing. I received a dress with horrible stitching that was basically a cheap bed sheet that was very hard sewn into a badly made sweater vest and now they said it’s a dress. This thing is a joke!! It literally looks like a cheaply made bedsheet and the stitching looks like a blind octopus made it, when I pulled it out the bag I could only laugh because I thought it was a joke! How are they still in business, they are definitely getting rejected clothes from china and selling it as quality fashion. I’m glad I only purchased a dress and not more because I would have been angry. I will file a claim with my bank and get my money back and they will take the money back from the merchant so they will not get paid for this bed sheet they said is a dress.

I bought an outfit for my daughter for Christmas and on the receipt it stated free returns. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!
They only do exchanges or store (I use this term lightly) credit. And then only within 30 days or you’re stuck with the subpar item. I can only hope this place goes out of business before they can cheat anyone else. I would give them a double “0” if I could.

High prices for low quality clothing. As another reviewer mentioned, return policy is unclear. You can only get store credit and the credit they give you will be significantly less than what you actually paid.

Subpar clothing and awful customer policies...WATCH OUT for companies like this. They try to use smoke and mirrors to trick you, but they will nickel and dime you for everything. They do not make return policies clear before check out and then refuse to offer refunds. They also require customers to pay for return shipping. All for clothes that are "meh" at best. You could say this is okay IF they made all these policies crystal clear ahead of time. But they do not.

I ordered several items on my first order and loved the quality. The sizing was accurate. My back ordered items shipped when they said they would.

It took about 1 week for the items to ship and 2 weeks to receive. It's my new favorite site!
