Absolute scam!!! Take your money and send nothing!!! Ignores emails and doesn't answer calls avoid at all cost!!! Had to get bank to do a charge back only way to get my money back

No reply with information. Took money

I have been writing to the land registry to ask them how I can find the title numbers of properties adjoining mine.
They don’t have the manners to reply.

we moved into our new build home some 14 months ago and after several requests from our lawyer we still havent received our deeds

I feel this is terrible service and would give them NO stars if I could.

A non communicative company No response to emails, and whilst a telephone number for the company was located, nobody answered calls. A competitor, Land Searches, took 3 hours to provide a copy of a Register of Title for another property, this company took 17 DAYS! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It would appear like many others I have fallen into the trap of what I thought to be a genuine site to obtain the title deeds to my property in Cumbria. Having inputed my house name, postcode etc I was then directed to Pay Pal. I should have smelled a rat at this stage as the price had gone from 14.95 pounds to 17.94 pounds. I paid the amount. Around thirty minutes later I received an email from land registry with what I would call a load of bumf!! They had sent a land registry document to a home in Surrey. Obviously a con. DO NOT USE

I would give no stars!! Only wish I had read reviews but initially I thought it was a professional site that would give the information needed...however
They aren’t what they seem. You receive a £3 document from the official government site which is quick and easy to use yourself. They don’t provide anymore information!
I had to email twice before getting my document, which they claim they sent and must have gone to junk mail??
Be warned that you are subscribing and they use a direct debit!! I have at least been saved further expense and cancelled 😡

Scam - avoid - I wish I had read this, their website is made to look like the Government site, and they charge 10 x the amount the government site does.

Its a scam. They take your money & send your the wrong title deeds. They charge £17.95 & from what others have said will take the same payment again each month. I have just rang my bank to stop this. You can easily get title deeds on the official Government site for £3!

no item received, no reply to email asking where the deeds were....very worried but luckily paid via paypal so can open a claim

This is a scam. They charge what you think is £3 for a property search and then continue to take £15 per month from you credit card with no further contact. This is not made clear at the outset and is obviously there to trick you. I have reported them to trading standards. They are criminals and should be prosecuted.

Don't use them very misleading name, it makes you think your going on government website but you don't
they say you get more information than the official government site lies******, they charge you £17.95, you get the same info for £3.00 on government site. DON'T USE THE.

JUST SEARCH FOR HM LAND REGISTRY

Scam paid my money for title deeds and plan 3 months ago. Received no reply, so I sent 2 email reminders with no acknowledgment and no telephone number on website to complaint. Don’t be fooled by professional looking website and top ranking on search engines. My next call is to Trading Standards

Fairly simple service really. You pay £39 for a 12 hour turnaround of documents. Simples.... Unfortunately when they don't deliver a single thing, there is no recourse for a refund. Total shambles. What other business sells you something, doesn't deliver as promised, but keeps your funds? Avoid like COVID....

Terrible service, Have ordered a Title register and have received nothing. There is no number to call anyone. This company needs to be struck off and shut down.

I mistakenly thought that this was a government organization. That said, I ordered a report and got it back quickly enough. That was in June 2019. I was alerted today (April 4th) to the fact that they had been taking £15 each month since October by my credit card provider, so I suspect other people have raised this too. I have emailed the company requesting a refund, but I suspect from other reviews that I will have to take this up with my credit card provider, MBNA. I have reported this company to Trading Standards for them to investigate.

Be careful. I signed up to buy ONE report which I received promptly. I have been charged £15/month for 3 months before I spotted it and now they won't give me a credit. I will never use them again. I received nothing telling me I'd signed up to £15/month for ONE report. Avoid them

Phoned them, waited to speak to somebody 20 min then when it said you are now connected was interrupted like somebody just put the phone down. Terrible.
