  1. Catering Food and Drink Supplier

Written by the company

Named after the founder of this strange concoction Grandma Mary Elizabeth Entwistle, Lancashire Sauce It is believed to have originated from her chip shop in Padiham Lancashire and is over 100 years old. Today Lancashire Sauce is still made by our family "The Entwistle's" to the same recipe. Since we introduced it to the public in approx. 2005 from our delicatessen in Ramsbottom, Lancashire sauce has gained a loyal following by the general public and when asked the question "what do you put it on?" The most common answer is "Everything!!"

You’ll be hooked after the first bottle!

I purchased my first bottle in a visit to a little cafe near Pendle Hill a few years ago, it was a complete impulse buy. After tasting the first bottle I was hooked! I use it for much more than just spicing up my cheese toasties; salads, soups, casseroles and good old cottage pie. Now I buy my lanc.sauce 5 bottles at a time 😋
