Poor quality good but refunded after chasing.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this site. Items are of very poor quality and take ages to come from China. Still unable to organise a return or get a refund for a light we ordered from them on 6th Dec. I have unboxed this again to show our electrician and cut my finger on the sharp puncture holes in the metal! Our electrician would refuse to fit this, if it was ok to fit. This light is not fit for purpose and is dangerous. Order No LPUK32488. Updated - Now refunded. Thank you.

Scammer - do not order
Places an order and then realised the long delivery/ service and the bad reviews so under CCA act and distance selling rules cancelled it the next day via email, had an immediate response offering 10% refund if I kept it, I responded rejecting and requesting a full refund and the they ignored all messages - will now do a call back by my bank and advise them they are a scam. Banks should refuse the a card merchant account so the cannot operate and I will

Stay away...Very poor quality products at very high prices. All the pictures and descriptions are misleading and pretty sure all the product reviews are fake on their website. They sold me outside lights (IP65) and what I got was was under canopy lights that can't be used outside. The other ones are just very poor quality and need assembly with no instructions that took hours as the parts was so bad.

They are not UK Based
I purchased a light as a gift for Christmas . Delivery was quite slow but it did eventually arrive. Unfortunately the light doesnt fit the space so I contacted the company to request a refund and return the item, they offered to give me a 20% discount instead of returning the item for full refund, I replied to accept their offer. The main reason for my poor score is the fact they give the impression on their website they are UK based but in actual fact are in China. The cost to return the goods doesnt justify. I am sorely disappointed. Trading standard should do something about their google meta description which states

Do not trust this company
Delivery time was fairly long but it was over the Christmas period. However, the lights are of a very poor quality, so bad couldn't be used. I wouldn't trust the safety of the product as they couldn't even fit a few screws.
When I asked about returning the lights they requested I complete a survey which I did and I've now emailed them 3 times asking for a returns label. I have a very bad feeling that I'm going to struggle to return them and get a refund.
Avoid.

Very poor quality...
I got the impression this was an UK based company (.co.UK) but it appears the be entirely in China so long delivery wait as others have mentioned. When the lamp arrive I was very disappointed with the quality, cheap materials and all very flimsy - if I had paid half the amount I would still have been overcharged. Having fitted the lamp the night light would not turn off so emailed them twice for advice and have been totally ignored! Stay clear!!
9/1/26 - just an update of this dreadful company. After various communications they offered me a replacement unit which I accepted as a reasonable conclusion to this situation only for them to withdraw the offer as they said (from China) that the lamp was working as it should!!!

Purchased a ceiling light which stated it was glass & iron but what they sent was cheap, scratched plastic. When I emailed they didn't acknowledge the fact that the material is wrong or what i was saying and just went straight to trying to get me to keep it and only offered 10% refund (which i accepted to be done with them) which is ridiculous considering the cost of the item or a return which of course I would have to pay even more for. Looking at other reviews they seem to be doing this to others which feels very scammy.

Do not order from this Chinese company. My light is a health hazard with multiple pointed screw ends sticking out of the top of the flat top of the light. The light is of the poorest quality I have ever seen. I am not getting anywhere with customer service who are asking me to keep it for a 10% refund when I have clearly stated the issue with it and requested a full refund. They have also pointed out that it is expensive to return the product due to personal preference. This isn't about personal preference. It is about receiving a product that will cause harm and that bears little resemblance to the picture on the website. You certainly do not see the multiple screw ends sticking out of the top of it in those pictures.
I must give the company their due. They did investigate my issue and advised me to take photos of the disposal of the light pending a full refund. I went to the local tip, took multiple photos of the disposal and have received a full refund.

Very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I placed my order on 9th November and waited over six weeks for delivery. During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that the item had been shipped, but the tracking number provided did not work and no valid update was ever given.
Because of the extremely long delay, I was forced to buy an alternative product elsewhere, which resulted in additional costs for me. When I requested a refund, my request was ignored or avoided, and I was informed that the order could not be cancelled even though I still had not received the item.
In the end, I was offered only a 20% refund, which I find completely inadequate given the length of the delay and the inconvenience caused.
Communication was poor, responses were generic and unhelpful, and no real effort was made to resolve the issue fairly. I would not recommend this store due to unreliable delivery, lack of transparency, and very poor customer service.

Cheap products from China, nightmare returns process
Their website gives the impression that this is a UK-based business; however, the products are shipped from overseas (China).
The order took a couple of weeks to arrive, and when it did, the lights did not look worth the price we had paid. I wanted to return them, but was repeatedly met with offers of partial refunds or discounts to keep the items instead. At one point, after mentioning that we had already installed alternative lights, they even suggested I might have another room to use their product in.
After repeatedly insisting on initiating a return, I was eventually given a return address in China. Returning the items with tracked delivery would cost around £100.
Their returns page makes no mention of items needing to be returned overseas, which I feel is very misleading. Despite raising this concern, they have refused to offer any alternative solution. As a result, I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider in the hope that they can resolve the issue.
