Not so good: had problem to return the Led tubes which turned out to be not working in my kitchen fan for some reason. Would cost for the shipment as much as I bought for them if I chose to return.

The lamps were very well packed in a packaging box, but the box itself was broken at the top. Poorly use of packaging tape. The lamps are working very good.

Don't change and order! And don't expect Swedish customer suppport!
Warning! Don't attempt to add an additional item to an order you have just created!
There is an option to change orders, which I used. The site gives no guidande or instructions on what comes next and I unintentionally created and paid for a duplicate order (+ my additional item).
There was no functionality for me to cancel my mistaken order.
I immediately called the Swedish customer support, but they were closed for the weekend. I wrote, asking them to stop and cancel the second order. Five days later I still have no reply and have received two shipments, one of which I will now have to return.
