Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service.
The Bulbs arrived broken
Lamporna.se customer service wasted tons of time insisting we trouble shoot x,y,z etc with my lamps which work fine with other bulb I have but refused to replace the broken bulbs i ordered or cancel the invoice.

Hi,
I am sorry you did not find our customer service helpful. However I will point out that our customer service is trained to help you in these kind of situations. It is a necessary part of our internal procedure to check all installation types to be able to rule out any incompatibilities when it comes to warranty claims. The product you have purchased uses external control gear, so for the two brand new lamps to not be working from the start indicates to us that the installation is simply not compatible with the bulb, and therefore sending new products would not resolve your issue. Our customer service is trained to trouble shoot with these kinds of installation errors and letting them help you could help you to solve the problem.
