Happy customer !
Communication is very good and clear. Also the picture they send you before creating the final product is a plus. Our lamp took a bit less than 3 weeks to arrive in the Netherlands. It Looks like expected, only a bit smaller But we could have known this.
The e-mails appeared in my trash, so useful to check your entiteit mailbox.

Excellent product!
I must say that I'm very happy with the lamp I ordered with Lampiece. The process was very nice with a first where I send a picture that I wanted to be reproduced. In a second time, I received a first draft of what would be the lamp and they ask if I was satisfied or if some changes were needed. So I submit some minor changes that have been taken into account in the second draft they sent. I was very satisfied and I ordered the lamp. One or two week after, I received my lamp at home and it was as expected.
So I would definitively recommend Lampiece for a truly personalized gift!

I ordered a lamp as a gift for Valentine's Day
I ordered a lamp as a gift for Valentine's Day and was worried the gift wouldn't be delivered on time, so I reached out to Lampiece on Instagram and they responded very quickly and assured me that the lamp would be in on time. And they were right! They helped me in such a kind way and when I opened the package (which was very nicely decorated), i saw the beautiful lamp! It was perfect and I cannot wait to give this present to my girlfriend. Would definitely buy here again!

Amazing product and service
Amazing product and service. I received a beautiful lamp from this company as a gift from my boyfriend. It's based on our favorite picture from this fall. I was very surprised by how well it was made. Very detailed, we're both so happy with it! Packaging and delivery (to Belgium) was really great as well. Carefully packed with instructions on how to install the lamp and a cute little card. Would definitely recommend!
