Waiting for refund or delivery
Ordered 3 items in november. After some weeks, 2 of them were delivered. Waited a bit more, as I can understand the end of year might be busy.
Checked with customer service about the 3th item. They said it has been shipped in their records, so all must be ok. It was of course not OK, as I did not recieve it and I let them know immediately.
No response since (several weeks again).
I just want to receive the product, or at the minimum receive my money back (if it is no longer available).
However no response from customer service.
Hope they will respond to a bad rating.
Once the matter is solved properly I might change my rating. Let's see...

Very satisfied of the lamp. Nice design at a low price.
One of the ordered bulbs was broken, after an email complaint I received a new one for free.
