Bad availability
I received my lamp, however it came with a broken part. I have asked to replace that part and the customer service did agree to replace. I have placed this replacement order in eaely October 2025. It is now end of January 2026 and still have not received my replacement.. I have reached out many times and the customer service keeps telling me a date that my order will be available and then that date comes and they say that it's been delayed. No follow through and no help.

One of the lamps burned out 2 days…
One of the lamps burned out 2 days after usage. Contacted them for refund , and after several follow ups and quite a long time, they replied and said the manual of the lamp mentions it is not suitable to use with external dimmer ( which by the way it is not mentioned anywhere in product description on website), so they would not do anything!
We are talking about a product that costs over 100€, lasted not even 2 full days, and no attempt to even care or do anything!
What a scam. Despite the several bad reviews, I still bought it so.. that is on me. Don’t do that! Save your money for good and transparent products and good customer service, where they actually care!

The manual of this product clearly states that the lamp must not be connected to an external dimmer, because it already has an integrated dimming function. Connecting a lamp with a built‑in dimmer to an external dimmer can cause immediate damage to the electronics. This is why manufacturers always include the instruction that installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. A certified electrician would have recognized that the lamp cannot be used with an external dimmer and would have prevented incorrect installation.
For safety reasons and to avoid damage or dangerous situations, it is very important to follow the instructions in the manual. When a product is damaged due to incorrect installation or use with an external dimmer, we unfortunately cannot replace it under warranty.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret the inconvenience this has caused

I received an email to give a review but I still have not receive my order.
The order was made 14 days ago and your website provided an estimation of around 4 days delivery.
There is no information on the parcel since 13 days ago.
I would think this is a scam if I have not already place a successful order in the past.

Poorest customer support I experienced in NL
Poorest customer support. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of support I have received. I have attempted to contact support team multiple times via phone and email but have received no response. Furthermore, I am unable to return my item because their stated package size limits are already smaller than the original box they shipped to me!!!! This creates an impossible situation.
They reply comments here in trustpilot, but never answer their phone or customer support email!!!!

Lamps arrived perfect, looked just like the pictures and was well packaged. I really loved that already on the homepage it gives you the options to buy the right lightbulbs for your lamp and warns you if the bulb is not included.

Extremely delayed delivery, and returning the item was not possible
After a very late delivery I was unable to return the item because the package was oversized. Despite sending multiple emails to Lampen24, I received no response, and their phone lines were unreachable. Based on this experience, I will not purchase from this webshop again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Very disappointing experience.

Really impressed with this company. Not the first time I work with them. The lamp is high quality and looks amazing over the dinner table. Delivery was fast and was kept informed all the way till delivery.
