I was satisfied with their service
I was satisfied with their service, I ended up sending the lamp back, but not because there was any problem with it, I just changed my mind. The return was easy, and I got my money back in a couple of weeks. I even talked to the helpdesk on the phone, and the lady was quite nice and helpful. I can recommend them.

Not able to reach customer service. Ordered and paid and cannot get in contact with the company about the order. Very disturbing.

Good product
I received the product in a couple of days. Everything went well. The product is fine, there is no damage on in. I haven't tried it out yet, because it will be built in later.
