Trying to make a return. They only have an email address to contact and no reply a week later. Poor/non-existant customer service. Not trustworthy. The gold-plated jewelry is yellow in colour and looks cheap.

Still have not received my order and the "track my purchase" button is not working on my previous email. Update: Too many marketing emails received, including the one asking me to review my product BEFORE it was even received. I did receive my items in the promised time frame BUT I should not receive an email asking me to review a product that I haven't even received. Also, no resolution to the "track my purchase" link not functioning.

These tariffs, while announced on February 1st, 2025, have unfortunately impacted shipping timelines across the board. We are currently awaiting further notice from US Customs regarding the specific implications for shipments like yours.

The earrings look nice- however the backs are so hard to get on the earrings I think I'm going to break the earrings- when I inquired the solution was to loosen them up by bending the clasps?? On new earrings....Only worn once as I cannot put them on myself because of tight clasps.
