I still haven't got the part

I still haven't got the part, I called the contact number and was told I had to email. I emailed and all I know is the part has been dispatched. I don't know when I will get it. Can anyone tell me when I will get it please?
It is very hard to wash clothes when the door handle is broken.

If I could give a zero stars

If I could give a zero stars, that would be more than I would want to give. Dreadful communication. I waited 2 weeks for my order and when it arrived there should have been 6 pieces, only 1 piece arrived. Still waiting for the remaining pieces. No communication and no order acknowledgement. I also bought an intergrated freezer from Lamona, that was total rubbish. Replaced it 6 months later with a neff and that works perfectly.

Website is poor

Website is poor, have to return to search page for every item. The whole purchasing part was tedious. Parts didn’t fit, they were also supplied by third party. Returned items and not heard a single word. No way of tracking progress.

Fridge freezer has broken

Fridge freezer has broken , had engineer out and confirmed it was broken 🙄 he said I would hear from someone within 48 hours, 5 days later I call to be told I have to call the depot to arrange a replacement, which I did , got told someone would be there on Thursday morning, get a call from depot at 11:55 to say it will be next Tuesday, I’m not holding my breath
