extra wide is NOT extra wide
I was so excited to try the slick nick boots in the Extra Wide Calf model as boots never seem to fit around my calfs/ankles. I was really disappointed to find that although the calves are wider, the ankles were still tiny and I couldnt zip up past my feet… be aware of this if you have larger ankles or legs.
(Im a uk shoe size 5, 5”2tall size 10-12 for reference)

Our website does indeed have a sizing chart available. It's important to keep in mind that there might be slight variations in sizing between different styles of our products, depending on the type of sole used.

When it comes to the wide fit variant of any shoe, they are designed to be wider compared to the standard fit version of the product. For our knee-high boots, our team has specifically designed them with an additional 2-4 inches of width in the circumference at the very top of the boot, depending on the material and type of boot.

2 Weeks Later...Nothing
It's been 2 weeks since my order was placed, and the status is still unfulfilled. I've sent multiple dms, comments and emails querying when the shoes will be shipped and I've heard nothing,

Kindly note that we have sent your order via FedEx but it looks like lost in transit.

This was my first purchase from the company. The shoes they offer on the eshop are all awesome. I has hard time to pick up, which ones I need more 😅 I was really excited to receive them. They arrived within one week, which is pretty fast in my opinion regarding the fact Xmas are right behing the corner. The shoes are nicely done. Stable platform, the shoe grabs the foot securely and the heel is placed perfectly, so I can walk in them with confidence. They do not fit perfectly as one shoe is a bit smaller, but the material seems flexible, so I believe that the more I wear them, the bigger and more comfy they will get. Unfortunately they came with one lost spike on the heel, so I contacted the customer service to seek a solution. The agent replied so swiftly, so that I had feeling I am on live chat rather than on email. No delays with responses, which I appreciate. We agreed on partial refund, which was immediately inniciated. I wish more companies would have such awesome customer support. Great thanks to Punit!

These boots were made for EVERYTHING!
I proudly own many pairs of Lamoda boots, and I absolutely love them! They are by far the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. Shoes run small, incorrect descriptions, and no customer service.
Shoes I ordered run too small and don't fit me. I tried to get in contact with Lamoda through email and instagram, but contact with them is impossible. The shoes I bought state there is an adjustable ankle strap... when they arrived, the ankle strap is one piece, and is elasticated, rather than an adjustable ankle strap like they said. This is the reason they wouldn't fit me. Unable to return using their normal route as this was a gift, and opened outside of the normal return window. And as I can't contact them to discuss my issues, I haven't been able to resolve anything. Complete waste of £60. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

I love how comfortable and easy to walk it is in these platform heels! I’m constantly getting compliments when I wear them out!
