Non-existent "customer service", no refund or reply
I am now also among those who still haven't got a refund after 2 months. No updates, no replies from the "customer service", even no automatic generated ones, just nothing at all.
Had to send back the shoes I ordered, because they turned out to be much bigger, unwearable even with thick socks - this sizing is a joke.
I still hope I may get my refund, team customer support, if you are reading this, please get in touch with me.

I bought 2x pairs of Lamoda boots that completed my Coachella outfits! The boots were the crucial part to the fits🙏🏻 they were so comfortable to walk 20,000 steps each day, definitely wear them in before a big event if you get high platforms though. Absolutely loved my finished looks, thanks to Lamoda and their sick shoes 😍

I’ve bought 3 pairs of the wild child…
I’ve bought 3 pairs of the wild child knee high platform boots 3 separate times because I love them so much but they all ended up breaking on me. The foam you use for the platform is not it. Maybe use stronger glue or staple them so it’s more sturdy and not easily broken. I really really want to buy another pair but I’m scared to waist my money for the 4th time );

No free returns. Small sizes.
Returns are not free and this is not clearly stated on the website. You cannot make an exchange either despite the website saying to contact customer service for a return or exchage. Sizing is INCREDIBLY small. I have been trying to complain about the misleading nature of the returns section of the website but my concerns are being avoided and no apology made!
Edit 26/3/25 - I have been given the £2.99 for shipping but been asked to take down my review! The website has not been updated to clarify returns are not free so I'm keep my review up as it's still relevant.

Factory defective shoes, unresolved
They sent me factory defective shoes. As soon as the shoes got to me I immediately spotted they were made wrong. I let them know the eyelets were made to be awfully misaligned, the shoes look very non symmetrical even with a quick glance. Also there’s lose threads all in the stitching. They’ve acknowledged that the machine made them wrong but refuse to fix this issue with my order. I’ve purchased shoes from here multiple times over the years, but this will be my last.

Not built to last more than a month
I have bought 3 sets of shoes from Lamoda, 2 of the same pair and one separate pair and they all fall apart within 1-2 months of wearing them. The adhesive on the chunky sneakers does not last at all. I sent back a pair that fell apart within weeks and got a replacement which fell apart within a couple months. Their designs are beautiful and I love the style of their boots and shoes but I want to actually wear them, not just take a photo in them and leave them on a shelf. Not built to last.

Terrible customer service. Shoes never got delivered (or was delivered to the wrong address) and there was no street address listed on the tracking information to know where it was delivered. The customer service representatives keep changing with each email response and keep dodging the issue. Many others have also reported not being able to get refunded or return. Seems super shady
