Lamico Host is a rebrand of Nauticalhosting (which redirects to Lamico Host now). Their website is developed using AI too.
Additionally, they lie about their SLA; they promise 99.9% uptime (“Lamico Host guarantees that our critical infrastructure (power, network, and physical server availability) will be available 99.9% of the time within any given calendar month.” source: SLA), however, their own status shows they are at “99.7456% Overall Uptime".
It is also hosted on a home / residential network (Olilo), which voids DDoS protection claims & is generally bad practice.

Olilo staff actually confirmed it is residential & non-recommended to use for commercial hosting.

1. Rebranding: We rebranded to Lamico Host strictly to register as a private limited (LTD) company. This was a legal and structural decision, not an attempt to distance ourselves from our previous reputation.
2. Website Development: Our website was built by a human web developer, not AI. We acknowledge that optimization is still in progress, and we are working to improve it.
3. Uptime: It is important to distinguish between our main website and our hosting servers. The 99.74% figure refers to our main website's status during recent maintenance. Our actual customer infrastructure consistently meets our 99.9% uptime guarantee.
4. Network: We utilize Olilo's business infrastructure. This ensures we have a business-grade SLA and full DDoS protection in place; we are not operating on a standard residential connection.
You mentioned in your edit about olilo confirming that it isn't commercial when it actually is a business connection if you would like proof please email luke@lamico.co.uk
