Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Seller is completely unresponsive. I had to repeatedly chase them just to request a refund. I then paid a significant amount of money to return the item internationally, only for the seller to refuse delivery and have the parcel sent back to me. Since then, they have gone silent again. This has been a huge waste of time and money. Very poor service and feels fraudulent. Avoid.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent…


I am beyond frustrated with my recent purchase from Lameera Moda. I ordered from the UK, and at no point during checkout was I informed that I would be hit with an outrageous £130 customs fee upon delivery. This is completely deceptive and unacceptable! To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service via email to resolve the issue, I was completely ignored. No response, no help, nothing! The lack of transparency and utter disregard for customer service is infuriating. I will never be ordering from Lameera Moda again, and I urge others to be cautious when considering this brand. They’ve lost me as a customer for good.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

They have NO customer service. I haven’t even received my parcel yet, I ordered 3 dresses and spent £214 a month ago, it took them over 10 days just to post it - I emailed them numerous times asking for an update, no response. Then once it finally arrived to the UK, I was told I needed to pay £135 in import duties!! I was never told that there would be an import charge, they should mention this on their website. In addition to that, £135 is more than half of what I paid for the dresses! I knew it was wrong, so I asked DHL to fix it. They told me that they calculated it based off the value provided by LameeraModa - £360! I was shocked, they gave a crazy high number, which meant I needed to pay extra tax for no reason. I sent my payment confirmation to DHL to confirm my original amount of £214 - hoping it would reduce the tax. They said they can fix it, but they just need lameeramoda to confirm. They tried to contact them but had no response. So not only do they ignore customers, they also ignored their own shipping company! Then got a message from DHL saying they have to return it if I don’t pay, as they had been holding it for so long - and I risked losing more money, as I didn’t know if I would get a refund. So I was forced to pay extra tax. I haven’t even received the dresses yet and I’ve had such a horrible experience over the past month trying to sort this out.

Horrible customer service!
My daughter bought me a dress for Mother's Day and the dress is small. I just want to exchange the size, and they didn't answer our call, text, and Emails. Be careful, don't use this website.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.. ordered from them and was missing and item completely from the order. Another item was the wrong item sent and emailed them 3 times and no response or refund.

Never ever purchase anything from this…

Never ever purchase anything from this store. Customer service is non existent. I purchased a dress on november 16 2022, it was delivered after 3 weeks. When i opened my package they sent a completely different dress than the one i ordered, that was way more cheaper on their website. I emailed them on december 14, a customer representative named Hanan replied back with this message “Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the high volume of orders, our processing team sent you the wrong item. We just viewed the original item you ordered and it is unfortunately out of stock. The item you originally ordered was $39 and if you decide to keep the item, we will be happy to give you a $15 gift card towards any item you like. This leaves your item at $24. Please let us know if you accept our offer and we will send you a gift card right away”
I replied them back that i wasnt accepting it because i didnt liked that dress and it was size XL, when i am size small and that i just wanted a refund.
I kept sending messages and then another agent named Jenna replied me on January 4 with “Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience and delay response. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Can you provide me pictures so I can better help you and understand your situation. Looking forward hearing from you”
I sent them pictures and described my issue again, and have been left on seen since then. Its sure that customer satisfaction is not their priority, its been 3 months and no reply and neither a refund! Shame on them!

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. I ordered two expensive dresses on sale. I received just one in October . Its been 4 months and the second dress hasn’t arrived yet. I have emailed, text, call and instagram them but nothing. I don’t know what to do next but do they think we have money to gift them or what. 👎👎👎👎

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I purchased from them several times. Once I ordered a medium black dress and they sent me a black shirt. Had to return and they reshipped thr black dress, only to find it was XL... had to return that too... some clothes are cute but customer service is nonexistent. I have over 800 rewards and it clearly states you can use it for cash to purchase another product. When I try to redeem, it only allows me to get a bag or jewelry. Emailed them 7 times and no reply .

Buyers beware!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 dresses and just received one. The one i received came stained and defective (all threads coming out), their dresses are so expensive and are not worth the price. Asked for a refund and they are not willing to do it stating that both dresses left their warehouse, and the only way to refund me is to return them the dress i never received! Asked them then that if they are not willing to refund to at least open an investigation with usps for the missing item and they have left me on seen. They are not replying to my messages. Its been more than a month! I was left without dress for eid and with $250 out of my pocket and with no dresses as the defective one i donated it.

This is Mariam Alkinani.

I have ordered three times from Lameera Moda and has an issue with every single order. I kid you not. The first time they sent me the wrong color dress, the second time they sent me a STAINED abaya, and the third time they sent me a wrong order entirely. I ordered a “Iraq birthplace neclakce,” and they sent me Africa. Like ?????

I am trying to reach them in regards to the wrong item sent, and they refuse to respond. They left me on seen, and once I message again they send a “hello can I help you?”… the messages of my complaint were right there in front of them… what do you mean can I help you? Yea you can help me!!

I can confidently say that I will never purchase from them again. Don’t buy from them! This is your sign.

BUY THEM

Ive bought dresses from them for about 4 years now, from normal dresses to eid dresses and OMG the quality makes them last YEARS I still wear my first dress I bought from them. Yes most dresses are on the expensive side but the quality and the kindness from the ladies are priceless. The fitting area is also beautiful mashallah wish I could live in that cute corner of the store for the rest of my life.
