I would strongly not recommend this company.

The project was initially promised to be completed within 4 weeks, but it dragged on for 6 months, with some work still left unfinished annd damaged items and the company refusing to complete it.

Throughout the entire period, the garden was left in a terrible state — full of rubbish and materials — making it completely unusable for months. Communication was frustrating, with constant delays and what felt like deliberate attempts to avoid responsibility by twisting words.

Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor project management, lack of accountability, and little respect for the customer’s property.
