Bad communication and bad service
Big warning when purchasing perfume from this company. They will send out old and new style bottles together without specifying which you are getting and don't respond to emails. I ordered two reinvented bottles and received only one of the new sleek bottles, the other was the old paperlabel which are supposed to be changed ages ago.
Not a serious company in my experience and the customer service is non existent.

Awesome fragrances reseller!!
I’ve been reading a lot of reviews about La Maison du Parfum, till I decided to give it a try.
So, on Sunday the 15th of March, I decided to order a Sospiro Vibrato (which, btw, is one of the best niche fragrances I ever had).
Today, 18th of March, I received my perfume (a true happy day for me). All I can say about La Maison du Parfum is that they have an excellent customer support service, the delivery was extremely fast from Belgium to Romania and the product is what I expected. Definitely will order from them again!!

The Essential Parfums Bois Impérial is a lovely scent and was well-priced at this website. I have had this perfume before and was running low so I needed to order it again. It took a while to arrive as it had to go through and got stuck at customs. Keep this in mind if you are ordering anything from here and need it by a certain date. Other than that, good company and good experience.

I ordered Bois Impérial by Essential…
I ordered Bois Impérial by Essential Parfums from "La Maison du Parfum" and when I started wearing it many people started giving me complimets for it's amazing aroma.
A friend of mine asked me what I was wearing and he ordered the "same" fragance on Amazon.
After it arrived he said that it didn't smell the same.
We compared the bottles and it turned out his was counterfit (fake). The aroma wasn't even close to the original I got from "La Maison du Parfum".
I paid about $20.00 dolars more for mine but it was worth it becasue I got the original genuine fragance.
I did some reaearch and it turns out that most of the perfums sold at Amazon are fake. Google: Amazon counterfit perfumes and read the results.
Thanks La Maison du Parfum for selling genuine fragances!

Because this was an in-store purchase in Belgium rather than an online sale, the manual processing coincided with a temporary system error. We aimed to communicate this to you as quickly as possible, but we understand the wait has been taxing.
While we dispatched your order promptly, the shipment was held by US Customs for international tariff processing. Unfortunately, once a package enters federal inspection, the timeline is determined entirely by customs authorities and remains outside of our direct control.
The good news: We have been monitoring your tracking daily, and your package has officially cleared customs. It is scheduled for delivery today, March 11th.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience.
I bought a perfume in the Maastricht store as a gift for my boyfriend for €140. Unfortunately, he didn’t like the scent, so we went back to exchange it. Because we were not advised or helped in the store, we ended up receiving a gift card instead.
After that, we visited the store two more times to use the gift card, but again no one helped us and we felt completely ignored. I then tried to order online, but the code on the gift card doesn’t work.
I sent two emails to customer support at different times and never received any response or confirmation. I also called customer support and waited for over an hour before getting any reply, which was not helpful either.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service.

After paying for my cologne which is…
After paying for my cologne which is about the same price in the uk as it is in Antwerp give or take 5 pounds it took about a week to arrive which is fine but about after a week a invoice came through the mail from FedEx asking for Tax and import duty which was 38.21 my total came to 157 pounds for cologne and 38.21 add that together and it’s 195 although the company reached out to me and we’re very nice and refunded me half my import duty which they did not have to but was a nice touch thank you
